A Business Analyst at Nagarro is the person who will understand client’s ecosystem and the pertinent problems that need to be solved. Nagarro has a team of business analysts (BA) that specialize in our industry domains. These analysts are responsible for requirement gathering (often onsite at the client location) developing and documenting the requirement specification documents. They also work with the QA group to define and document the test cases to be used for each development effort. The analyst is usually involved in change management and functional testing during the project and acts as a liaison between the client and the development team. They also assist the customer in taking decisions at critical stages of the project based on their understanding of the project and requirements.
