We have an urgent opening for the position of Product Manager with ImpactGuru in Mumbai(Andheri)Responsibilities :- Contribute to the overall product roadmap across all platforms - web, mobile, apps after careful consideration of the needs of internal and external parties- Lead development of new product offerings by conducting market research, user surveys, and the like to understand where and how we can satisfy unmet consumer needs.- Manage the product development process from conception through design, build, release, analysis, and iteration- Be a critical voice of the user within Impact Guru. Ensure we are doing everything we can to help users save money.- Employ a range of qualitative (user discovery research, focus groups, usability studies, etc.) and quantitative (surveys, analytics, market research, etc) methods to better understand our users- needs.- Conduct A/B tests to understand how we can increase the desired use case(s) of our products- AB testing experience in mustSkills and Qualifications :- 2-5 years of experience developing web products ideally with a background in technical product management or web engineering.- Capacity to think strategically, and an ability to understand how product decisions are tied to key business drivers- Strong quantitative capabilities, and experience using analytics platforms to understand product usability (Google Suite, Adobe Analytics, FB Analytics, Omniture, Clevertap, etc.)- Familiarity with APIs, documentation, web system architecture- An understanding of what makes for good user experience and beautiful design.- BE/BTech/BA/BS Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, business, marketing, etc.- MBA is a plus- Good knowledge of MySQL and/or other RDBMS- Proficiency in MS ExcellMax Budget- 15LPA depending on experience.

Employ a range of qualitative (user discovery research, focus groups, usability studies, etc.), quantitative (surveys, analytics, market research, etc) data into product requirements. Work with cross-functional internal teams including senior leadership, engineering & business to help them make data-driven decisions to achieve business goals. What we are looking for Computer Engineering degree (must have) with MBA - Good to have Excellent problem-solving skills with strong ability to break down problems and prioritize a wide-roadmap. Experience in developing an educational product would be Good to have 2+ years of experience in shipping products end-to-end. Strong analytical skills, comfort with handling data sets and deriving insights Ability to think strategically and holistically about business outcomes, while also being able to act tactically and have strong attention to detail. Understand the requirements from domain and user needs perspective and work closely with other members of the team to come up with interactive design solutions that leads to intuitive user experience Gather insights from analytics, conduct adequate research and employ a User Centered Design approach. Perform competitive analysis and create reports Deliver clean wireframes with adequate annotations Come up with fresh interactions, visuals and artwork for website/app designs Keep updated with trends and developments in the industry Prepare and present rough drafts to key stakeholders Support and improve our existing portfolio of products. Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes Work collaboratively with developers to create solutions that find a balance between business needs, usability, and development effort
What you would be doing • Own & Head the product roadmap for the marketing website (www.upgrad.com) - work with business teams to deliver launch of new programs, new program configurations and program portfolio pages • Conceptualise and build new products for increasing visitor conversion • Design and execute multiple A/B and multivarate tests to optimise conversion across different steps of the acquisition funnel from landing pages to conversion • Analyze and track funnel performance – use different analytics products to analyse and interpreting trends and provide actionable insights • Produce meaningful Funnel KPI dashboards and deliver monthly, cross channel performance reports with actionable insights for product, marketing and business teams What we are looking for:· • Bachelors in Computer Science, EE, Mathematics or related work experience • Excellent problem solving skills with strong ability to break down problems and prioritise based on ROI • 6+ years of experience in shipping growth products or working in growth teams preferable • Strong analytical skills, comfort with handling data sets and deriving insights or building attribution models using the data • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Clevertap/ Mixpanel etc
