The role
As Chief Technology & Product Officer, you'll own both the engineering and product functions at Miror. This is a combined role by design: we need one leader who holds the technical architecture and the product vision together, keeps them tightly aligned, and ships. You'll set technical direction, own the product roadmap across our app and digital platform, and build the team that delivers - all while honoring the trust women place in us with sensitive, deeply personal health journeys.

Product
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap in partnership with the CEO
- Translate deep understanding of women's health - menstruation through menopause - into product that earns daily trust
- Own the full product lifecycle across the app, community, teleconsultation/appointments, HRT programs, commerce (shop and supplements), and rewards
- Establish how the team prioritizes, measures, and learns from users
Technology
- Own the technical architecture of the Miror app and digital platform

Role Overview :
We’re looking for Product Engineers who are passionate about building scalable backend systems in the FinTech & payments domain. If you enjoy working on complex challenges, contributing to open-source projects, and driving impactful innovations, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do :
- Develop scalable APIs and backend services.
- Design and implement core payment systems.
- Take end-to-end ownership of product development from zero to one.
