Roles and Responsibilities

 Document technically accurate content for products including User Manuals, Quick

guide

 Research and determine the technical documentation needs for the features

 Estimate efforts and deliver content on time

 Ensure quality of the documentation

 Execute day-to-day information engineering activities

 Create in-depth user guides, FAQs, technical overviews, and in-product help

documentation

 Identify problem areas or structural deficiencies and proactively contribute to their

improvement

 Experience creating infographics to more clearly communicate workflow processes

and abstract topics

 Build and maintain client aids that go beyond traditional documentation, such as online

video, demos, guided tours, and other other educational techniques

 Maintain a library of application documentation, cataloging it for internal and/or

external use

 Publish and maintain templates for written documentation produced by others

(technical specifications, RFP responses, ), ensuring a consistent "look and feel."

 Proven experience producing technical content for public consumption

Qualification

 Bachelors degree in Engineering/core sciences, or Masters in English

Language/Technical Communication

 5 to 7 years of experience in technical writing, with at least 3-4 years of experience

• We are looking for a Quality Analyst with 6 months to 1 year of experience in software testing, with basic hands-on exposure to API testing and automation testing. The candidate should have a good understanding of testing concepts and be willing to learn and work in a fast-paced Agile environment.Understand business requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Perform API testing using tools such as Postman.
• Validate API requests, responses, status codes, headers, and error handling.
• Perform basic database testing using SQL.
• Identify test cases that can be automated and assist in developing automation scripts.
• Work with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar.
