As a Product Analyst, you will partner closely with Product & Engineering teams in building a world class digital experience for company's customers. As an analyst you will have to develop an In-depth understanding of user journeys on our Platform and generate data driven insights & recommendations to help product business in meticulous decision making. What you will do: Taking end-to-end ownership of key metrics, work with respective product owners to understand areas we need to measure and ensure the needle is moving in the right direction. Developing strong hypothesis, executing A/B experiments and identifying area of opportunities with strong confidence level will be a critical part of your role. Identifying the effort vs Impact metrics for the features in the product. Being responsible for conducting and working on the A/B testing and manual testing of the features launched in the product. Executing quantitative analysis that translates data into actionable insights. Driving data driven decision making through the stake holders. Collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and support engineers to identify, prioritize and resolve issues What you need to have: Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or related discipline from a reputed institute or an MBA from a reputed institute. You have 1+ Years of experience in relevant role Excellent time management skills Experience with product analysis tools like Apxor, Clevertap, branch, mix panel, GA (Google Analytics) Proficient in database software. Strong communication skills. The ability to work under pressure and adapt to change. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Nice to Haves: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Purpose of the Job ▪ Digital Product Lead will be involved in partnering with the Squad Product Owners, Chief Digital Officer(CDO), Sponsors and the bank leadership team to develop and prioritize business initiatives, product strategies, and execution plans. ▪ He/she should be passionate about building products and features that customers love. He/she will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional squads to design, build and roll-out features for the digital channels of the bank. ▪ Have a good understanding of Product Management Lifecycle Experience ▪ Proven work experience of 6-8+ years in product management domain preferably in banking domain ▪ Experience of operating within a multi-channel/multi-region brand ▪ Entrepreneurial self-starter who is self-motivated, but also a team player with a professional presence ▪ Should be able to view the product through the lens of the consumer from an intuitive and rational perspective ▪ Demonstrates thought leadership and is able to influence people at multiple levels in the organization ▪ Proven experience of meeting deadlines while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, P&L experience a plus.
