Responsibilities • Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision • Collect and analyse feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products • Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps • Lead other managers and coordinate cross-functional teams • Produce and review product requirement documents (PRD) • Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule • Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision • Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users Requirements • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role • Experience in product lifecycle management • Background in software development and program management is preferred • Familiarity with Agile framework • Organizational and leadership abilities • Excellent communication skills • Problem-solving aptitude • Creative thinking skills
1. Determine customers' needs and desires by conducting the required research and reaching out to existing/potential customers. 2. Prepare key strategic insights to assess the overall market opportunities, partnerships, competitive. landscape and product offerings to targeted segments. 3. Develop partnerships with SAAS API and other players to enhance company’s product capabilities faster. 4. Develop the product roadmap to disrupt the traditional methods in Banks/NBFCs. 5. Coordinate with the design and engineering teams to ensure timely technology releases on multiple product initiatives and release impeccable products. 6. Develop the mobile product strategy to acquire and service MSME customers.
