Responsibilities
Here is the ICP you will need to work on:
• North America and India geography
• B2B businesses, 100-2500 employees in size
• Selling to enterprises via an outbound sales motion
• Primary buyer of Nimesa tends to be CTO\CIO\VP Engineering\IT heads\CISO\Head of DevOps
• Users of Nimesa are Devops team/SRE engineers
• Conduct market research based on the company ICP
• Create a personalized and customized pitch for the customer
• Reach out to them through LinkedIn, email, and phone to set up an in-depth discussion with our
solution expert
• Maintain hygiene in CRM
Preferred requirements
• 0-3 years of experience in demand generation through various channels, qualification, appointment
the setting, email marketing, demo products
• Experience selling to CIO\IT Managers is preferred
• Would love to be part of a high technology startup based in India
• Willing to work in US\UK time zone, if required
• Great communicator over phone, email and LinkedIn
• Consultative selling skills
• Would be ready to learn best in class sales process and ambition to grow fast
Nice to have requirements
• Experience selling to USA\UK Market is preferable
• Knowledge or experience in Backup\recovery, DR market or Selling AWS customers is desirable.
• Experience with market research, and inbound\outbound marketing is a huge plus

Job Role:

As a senior research and development Engineer, you will work in a highly collaborative, dynamic environment. You’ll design creative solutions to real market problems. You will work closely with other partners such as product and pre-sales managers, UI developers, and other software engineers to develop new product offerings and improve the efficiency of the solution.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, modify, and implement, the software components of Nimesa Product.
• Assist QA Engineers with the creation and review of the test cases
• Write junits and test automation if anything required to have the coverage
• Assist other Engineers with the creation of detailed software design specifications.
• Keep an eye out for technology trends, and open-source projects that can be used.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or relevant fields.
• At least 4+ years experience in end-end software development for large design and coordinating project teams in the SaaS industry.
• Software development experience with Java and Spring / Springboot
• Strong knowledge of data stores (SQL or NoSQL)
• Excellent social and communication skills
• Demonstrated expertise in building Web Applications, Enterprise Applications, Web Services, and Management at scale is a requirement.
• Experience with Design patterns
• Knowledge of cloud-based architectures, deployment and operational aspects of Amazon Web Services cloud

As a Senior R&D Engineer, You will

• Design and build scalable complex systems with Java and Spring
• Contribute to the development of new features, debugging, and deliver timely fixes
• Perform peer code reviews in order to ensure quality standards

• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, AWS.
• Good at Design patterns, Algorithms.
• Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL and MySQL
• Good understanding of web programming like REST and HTTP
• Strong Knowledge of Java Concurrency and Collection frameworks
• Knowledge of microservices architecture, messaging systems (RabbitMQ or Kafka), and docker is good to have
• Insights on workings of Database, Queues, Cache, servers.
