About Nimuki


Nimuki is an upcoming D2C kidswear brand being built for the Indian market.

We are currently in the pre-launch stage — setting up supply, operations, and the core team from scratch. Nimuki is backed by Purrple Orryx (Dubai-based business), and India will be its primary growth market.


There is no “existing system” here yet, we’re building everything from the ground up.


Why this role exists

We are looking for someone who can own the India business end-to-end not manage it later, but build it from day 0.

This role exists so the business can run independently on-ground in Kolkata, without constant founder intervention.

You will act as the operational backbone of Nimuki India.


What this role really is

This is not a corporate BM role.

  • There are no fixed systems yet
  • There will be ambiguity
  • You will create structure where none exists


You are the operator who makes things happen daily

What you will own

  • End-to-end India operations (from production to delivery)
  • Supplier coordination: sampling, production timelines, QC
  • Launch planning and execution
  • Shopify + payments + logistics readiness
  • 3PL setup, dispatch, returns, and reconciliation
  • Inventory accuracy and stock planning
  • Customer experience and issue resolution
  • Managing a small internal team + freelancers
  • Building SOPs for all core workflows
  • Weekly reporting and business dashboards
  • Working capital discipline and inventory control


What success looks like (first 90 days)

You will help bring Nimuki to life with:

  • A clear launch calendar
  • Supplier + production tracking systems
  • SKU master + inventory structure
  • 3PL onboarding and dispatch workflows

Job Overview:

The Creative Producer – Web Series will lead the overall creative vision, strategy, and execution of Web Series content across all formats. The role demands a visionary storyteller who deeply understands cinematic language, audience psychology, and cultural nuances, while maintaining creative excellence and market relevance.

1. Creative Strategy & Vision:

● Drive the creative vision for company Web Series, ensuring all projects align with the platform’s cultural and entertainment goals.

● Work closely with screenwriters, directors, and producers to develop highly engaging and culturally resonant scripts.

2. Content Development & Execution:

● Responsible for content commissioning as per Company’s overall strategy and creative roadmap.

● Ensure smooth execution of projects within defined budget and TATs, maintaining excellence in storytelling and visual quality.

● Maintain a yearly content pipeline, pre-planning content commissioning and licensing in sync with business and cultural objectives.
