Job Summary

iCloudEMS is looking for a highly skilled PHP Backend Developer with strong experience in web application development and hands-on expertise in React Native for mobile applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable backend systems, integrating APIs, and collaborating closely with frontend and mobile teams to deliver high-quality education management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain PHP-based backend web applications
• Build and manage RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications
• Integrate backend services with React Native mobile applications
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability
• Work with databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) for data modeling and query optimization
• Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access controls
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, frontend developers, and QA teams
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications
• Follow coding standards, best practices, and documentation guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Core PHP / Laravel / CodeIgniter
• Solid understanding of backend architecture and MVC frameworks
• Hands-on experience in React Native (Android & iOS)
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and third-party API integrations
• Proficiency in MySQL and complex SQL queries
• Knowledge of server-side security (JWT, OAuth, data protection)
• Familiarity with Git / GitHub / Bitbucket
• Experience with payment gateways, notifications, and background jobs
• Understanding of web hosting, deployment, and server management (Linux)

Good to Have

• Experience in education domain / ERP / CRM/LMS/HRMS/Inventory/ EMS platforms
• Knowledge of Node.js or other backend technologies
• Exposure to cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines

Data Engineer JD:

• Designing, developing, constructing, installing, testing and maintaining the complete data management & processing systems.
• Building highly scalable, robust, fault-tolerant, & secure user data platform adhering to data protection laws.
• Taking care of the complete ETL (Extract, Transform & Load) process.
• Ensuring architecture is planned in such a way that it meets all the business requirements.
• Exploring new ways of using existing data, to provide more insights out of it.
• Proposing ways to improve data quality, reliability & efficiency of the whole system.
• Creating data models to reduce system complexity and hence increase efficiency & reduce cost.
• Introducing new data management tools & technologies into the existing system to make it more efficient.
• Setting up monitoring and alarming on data pipeline jobs to detect failures and anomalies

What do we expect from you?

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 5 years of recent experience in Big Data Engineering.
• Good experience in working with Hadoop and Big Data technologies like HDFS, Pig, Hive, Zookeeper, Storm, Spark, Airflow and NoSQL systems
• Excellent programming and debugging skills in Java or Python.
• Apache spark, python, hands on experience in deploying ML models
• Has worked on streaming and realtime pipelines
• Experience with Apache Kafka or has worked with any of Spark Streaming, Flume or Storm

Focus Area:

Responsibilities:

• Create games in Unity for iOS and Android (OSX and Windows is considered a plus).
• Write super-clean, testable, and well documented code in C#.
• Implement systems for the games based on design specifications.
• Implement, debug and refine core game play features.
• Collaborate effectively with a small, high-energy team of game designers and programmers.
• Work with other developers to devise customized solutions to difficult problems.
• Implement game functionality as per design document and specification.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of object oriented design, design patterns, 3D Math, and data structures.
• Expert knowledge of Unity3D Programming including Unity GUI, C# scripting, Asset Bundles, Materials/Shaders and iPhone deployment.
• Graphics Development (Particle Systems, Shaders). Experience with both 3D and 2D graphics in Unity.
• Experience implementing and/or creating native iOS and Android plugins for Unity.
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash.
• Experience with Visual Studio and/or Team Foundation Server.
• Experience using mobile platform native features such as accelerometer, camera, push notifications, etc.
• Strong knowledge of C# and the .net framework 2.0 or above.
• Must love to roll-­up sleeves and get dirty with Unity3D; Integrating textures, animation, meshes, adjusting lighting, setting camera angles, optimization, audio integration etc.
• Ability to work on fixed deadlines.

Skills:

• Experience with C#, Objective-­C and Javascript are a plus.
• Level logic design, scene flow planning and creation experience.
• Facebook application development.

The Client Success Executive will be responsible for directly communicating

with the client and be responsible for understanding the client's brief and

coordinating work between different teams. 

• Plan for pitches to new/existing clients

Skills Required

• 8+ years of industry work experience
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
• 3+ years of web application development with JavaScript as full stack
• Full stack experience designing and building scalable applications from end-to-end 
• Excellent JavaScript / Typescript skills
• Strong proficiency in React (hooks knowledge is plus)
• Strong proficiency in Nodejs
• Good HTML5 / CSS3 skills with expertise on responsive web design 
• Must have Design and development experience in Micro services using NodeJS and TypeScript
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, mongoose, aggregation framework and Redis 
• Experience with Web sockets and related frameworks (e.g. Socket.IO) 
• Experience in using and developing GraphQL APIs
• Experience in performance tuning
• Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git, Mercurial or SVN.
• Open minded to take up any challenge, research and provide solutions 
• Great attention to detail
• Testing libraries – jest, testing-library is plus
• TDD / BDD experience is plus

• Proficient in Python 2 / 3 and have built products before (managing the entire DevOps cycle) - proficient in Python Data Structures
• Good understanding of Open Source Visualisation Tools like D3.JS, Matplotlib etc.
• Good understanding of Functional APIs and Data Ingestion viz. Pandas’ dataframe from SQL DB and Excel (CSV) & Flat files of (primarily) structured data - no data cleansing

• Qualifications: B.Tech / BE / Graduate Engineer in any stream (preferred Mech / Industrial Engineer)
