Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Junior Accounts Executive to support accounting operations, MIS reporting, and project financial tracking. The role involves handling daily accounting tasks, monitoring project expenses, and ensuring proper documentation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain MIS reports on a regular basis 
• Pass Tally entries (purchase, sales, journal, payments, receipts) 
• Track and monitor project-wise expenses and payments 
• Analyze and report Budget vs Actual expenses 
• Perform document checking and verification 
• Coordinate with CA for utilization certificates and financial documentation 
• Prepare and maintain vouchers and proper filing system 
• Conduct physical site visits/checking for verification when required 
• Ensure statutory compliance and proper documentation 
• Coordinate with internal teams for accounts and project updates 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field 
• 1 – 2 years of experience in accounting 
• Working knowledge of Tally ERP 
• Basic understanding of MIS reporting and budgeting 
• Familiarity with statutory compliance requirements 
• Good knowledge of MS Excel 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 

Excellent understanding of ISO 270001 processes, IT systems infrastructure and best practices.

Working experience in emerging technologies like MS Azure, O365, SharePoint Online, Virtualization. 

Strong hands on experience on Fortinet, Cyberoam Firewall, Vlans, Active Directory & Domain Controller migrations.

Should have prior experience in Server, Network, OS Hardening/fine tuning of Security parameters/Infrastructure audits.

Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases, NMS tool, data storage systems, CCTV and phone systems.

Able to configure Group Policies and Printer Management Able to connect machine to the Domain Controller Able to Install through Domain Controller.

Ability to Install and Configure Symantec/ Kaspersky Endpoint Security, Antivirus in Network and Standalone Environment.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Worked on SAN & NAS.

• Developing a clear product strategy and the product roadmap for the company's Connect business
• Working closely with the engineering team to guide and drive the roadmap
• Developing appropriate planning, prioritization, and release management processes in tandem with business, engineering, and other leads
• Driving superb execution against plan anticipating risk and leading discussions via frequent, clear communication. (both internally and with customers)
• Owning the product metrics driving scale, efficiency and experience
• Working closely with business to build the growth roadmap

Desired Candidate Profile

• B.E./B.Tech and/or MBA
• At least 6 years of product management experience where you have played a significant role in the creation of new products or had end-to-end ownership of a product
• B2C product management experience, preferably in consumer tech startups
• A strong technical background, enabling meaningful contribution to technically-driven features
• Previous development experience in some form is required
• Strong communication skills
• Product Mindset with a design first thinking

• Awareness of latest industry trends    

• Manage Denial procedures
• Process guidelines management

Key Performance Areas:

• Applying patient and insurance payments and corresponding contractual adjustment/write[1]offs/Offset for all bill types to accounts.
• Electronic scanning of Explanation of Benefits
• Preparing and processing credits and patient and insurance refunds and posting.
• Resolving misdirected payments and returning incorrect payments to sender.
• Copies any zero payments (denial) to the appropriate Patient Account representative for follow-up and post.
• Appealing both denied or underpayments.
• Correct and most debit/credit adjustments of misapplied payments to ensure accurate and timely reporting of accounts.
• Claim scrubbing and Claim submission
• Posting of Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA)
• Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment is recommended

Skills required:

• Domain knowledge on medical billing is preferred but not mandatory

Educational Qualification & Work Experience

• Graduation in any stream
• Additional certification in typing, a medical prescription will be preferred

• Produce well-researched content for publication online and in print

• Develop content for multiple platforms, like websites, email, datasheets, case studies, videos, and blogs
• Use SEO strategies and make the content keyword optimized to maximize the online visibility of the content in search results
• Draft responses to technical proposals with inputs from technical team

Eligibility Criteria

• 2-3 years of experience in working as a Technical Writer/Content Writer
• Proven expertise of writing impeccable English
• Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
• Good time management skills
• Graduate or Post Graduate
