We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented L1 Application Support Engineer to support end users and monitor applications in a cloud-based environment.

This is a hybrid role involving:

• End-user IT support
• Application monitoring & troubleshooting
• Basic cloud (AWS) operations

The ideal candidate should have exposure to production/application support, monitoring tools, and incident handling.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🧑‍💼 End-User Support

• Provide first-level support via calls, emails, and ticketing tools
• Troubleshoot issues related to Windows OS (10/11) and Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
• Manage user accounts, password resets, and access provisioning using Active Directory
• Support onboarding/offboarding (laptop setup, access configuration)

📊 Application Monitoring & Support

• Monitor applications and infrastructure using tools like Amazon CloudWatch, Grafana, and Prometheus
• Respond to alerts and perform initial troubleshooting
• Analyze application logs and identify issues
• Perform basic validation of APIs and application availability
• Assist in deployment validation and smoke testing

⚙️ Technical Troubleshooting

• Perform basic network troubleshooting (DNS, VPN, connectivity issues)
• Use Linux/Unix commands for log analysis and debugging
• Identify issues and escalate to L2/L3 teams with proper analysis

🎫 Incident & Ticket Management

• Log, track, and update tickets in ServiceNow or Jira
• Ensure SLA adherence and timely resolution
• Take ownership of issues until closure or escalation
• Collaborate with DevOps, infrastructure, and application teams

We are hiring a Java Production Support Engineer with hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Splunk. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of our production systems by proactively monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in real time.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for Java/Spring Boot-based applications in production.
• Monitor logs and system health using Splunk and other observability tools.
• Troubleshoot performance, latency, and availability issues.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and work with dev teams for permanent fixes.
• Support incident and change management processes.
• Create and maintain runbooks and support documentation.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
• Proficient in using Splunk for log analysis and monitoring.
• Good understanding of relational databases (SQL) and Linux commands.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git) and basic scripting (Bash, Python).
• Analytical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills.

• Experience in understanding and Debugging of java web-based technologies (Java, Java Spring, JSP, Servlet, JavaScript, CSS, XML, JSON). 
• Experience with API Background like Linux, Windows, Jason 
• Good knowledge of Oracle PLSQL and Shell scripting. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Demonstrated ability to install, configure, maintain, upgrade, troubleshoot, repair, and support Adobe Experience Manager (AEM/CQ5). 
• Comfortable with basic scripting and programming (Java, C , Python, Powershell, Bash, etc). managing known hosts and troubleshooting connection issues Support of AEM/CQ5 infrastructure with load-balanced, replicated and fail-over capabilities. 
• Installation / configuration / maintenance of Apache webserver and Dispatcher module configs. 
• Ability to monitor Adobe Experience Manager/CQ5 infrastructure and provide both proactive and reactive support, problem management and root cause analysis. 
• Support application deployment into the Adobe Experience Manager environments, configuring application needs, deploying code/content, troubleshooting and performance tuning. 
• Experience in troubleshooting production environment issues and working closely with Development teams Able to work on Linux/unix environments
