About the Role

We are looking for highly motivated Frontend Web Developers with strong hands-on skills in React.js, Next.js, and Redux. This is a great opportunity for candidates who want to work in a fast-paced startup environment and take ownership of features from Day 0. As part of our tech team, you will be responsible for building high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy modern web applications using React.js, Next.js, and Redux.
• Convert UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, and cross-browser compatible interfaces.
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code with a strong focus on performance optimization.
• Collaborate with backend developers, designers, product managers and all the stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver them with minimal supervision.
• Continuously learn and adopt new technologies and best practices in frontend development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous request handling.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub (candidates with active GitHub profiles and deployed projects will be given priority).
• Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to pick up tasks independently.
• Good understanding of frontend build tools, package managers (npm/yarn).
• Solid grasp of component-based architecture and state management.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience (internship/full-time) in a startup environment.
• Knowledge of TypeScript is a plus.
• Exposure to SSR (Server-Side Rendering) and SEO optimization in Next.js.
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment.
• Familiarity with UI libraries like TailwindCSS, Material UI, Shadcn.

PHP Developer responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users.

Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.

Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers

Mobile Developer (Flutter)

This role is perfect for a highly-skilled engineer who wants to explore new technologies, push their skills to the limit, have creative freedom, and feel like they have significant ownership of major features.

Role and Responsibilities

• Translate and build the designs and wireframes into high quality UI code.
• Use of Model-View-Controller ( MVC) and Model-View-ViewModel-Controller

           (MVVM)

• Explore possible architectures for implementing new features.
• Resolve any problems existing in the system and suggest and add new features in the complete system.
• Follow the best practices while developing the app and also keeping everything structured and well documented.
• Ensure security guidelines are always followed while developing the app.
• Maintain software through product lifecycle including design, development, verification and bug fixes.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of mobile app development (with 1-2 years in Flutter)
• Experience in Android or iOS
• Experience with Mobile design patterns e.g MVVM, GoF etc.
• Experience in writing secure mobile applications
• Fluent in Git

• Experience interacting with REST based services
• Understanding of software development life cycle
• Strong knowledge of different architecture approaches
• Knowledge of Dart programming language

• Experience level of 6 to 9 years of experience in very large-scale applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills, computer science fundamentals, data structures and
• algorithms their space & time complexities
• Design (LLD & HLD) and architect technical solutions for the business problems of a very large-scale portal.
• Strong hands-on and practical working experience with Java as the programming language
• Strong debugging skills - Code, Logs, DB, JVM
• Excellent coding skills - should be able to convert design into code fluently.
