Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist with strong expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and modern deep learning techniques. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with NER, RNN, LSTM, Transformers, GPT models, and Large Language Models (LLMs), including frameworks such as spaCy.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement NLP models for tasks like text classification, entity recognition, summarization, and question answering.
• Develop and optimize models using deep learning architectures such as RNN, LSTM, and Transformer-based models.
• Fine-tune or build models using pre-trained LLMs such as GPT, BERT, etc.
• Work with tools and libraries including spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers, and other relevant frameworks.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature extraction, and training pipeline development.
• Evaluate model performance and iterate with scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate models into production.

Required Skills :

• 4 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science and NLP.
• Strong understanding of NER, RNN, LSTM, Transformers, GPT, and LLM architectures.
• Experience with spaCy, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Proficient in Python and its ML ecosystem (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, etc.).
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

·        Qualification: Bachelor’s or master’s in any field.

·        Should have minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT Bench Sales and Recruitment is required.

·        Experience marketing and placing Bench consultants ((H1B, GC, OPT, US Citizen).

·        Proven successful sales record in IT Staffing and Consulting.

·        Industry (Must place a minimum of 2 consultants per month – MUST demonstrate proof of previous Contract C2C placements during the interview).

·        Excellent communication skills.

·        Must have strong US Prime Vendor Relations Only (NO Layers).

·        Experience with full-cycle Contract C2C Sales: vetting requirements from Job Portals, Cold Calling, Identifying the best consultants, Extensive Resume Review before submission, confirming the best   rates for consultants, following up for interview schedules, closing the best deals.

·        Ability to develop a Vendor network and get candidates placed in quick turnaround time.

·        Must have high levels of skill and motivation to search the talent for complex technical requirements.

We are looking for a QA Engineer to assess software quality through manual and automated testing. You will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches. This QA Engineer will work with our team of talented engineers to design and build the next generation of our mobile applications. Responsibilities

• Review and analyze system specifications.
• Collaborate with QA Lead to implement effective strategies and test plans.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Contribute to the design and architecture of high-quality, complex systems and software environments focusing on mobile development, automation, and quality aspects.
• Measure level of effort during sprint planning, work with the product team to commit to team delivery of sprint deliverables, validate acceptance criteria, and help define acceptance criteria with the product.
• Write test cases, manage test suites, create and execute a test plan, update test cases on requirement updates, regression testing, exploratory testing, and work for the general performance, security, and maintainability of the mobile (iOS & Android) and web app.
• Perform API level testing.
• Create and execute Automation scripts
• Take ownership of software defects from discovery through to closure.
• Analyze test logs; create test reports, coordinate with stakeholders
• Follow the Scrum process, participate in Scrum ceremonies and follow the incremental delivery model.

Preferred Requirements

• • Experience of 2-5 years in App testing
  • Experience with IDE like XCode and Android Studio.
  • Experience with Selenium WebDriver is preferred.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, GIT, SQL, and databases.
  • Familiarity with both Linux and Windows environments.
  • Understanding security fundamentals (e.g., authentication, cryptography) is desirable.
  • Knowledge of BDD framework or cucumber framework.
  • Knowledge of API Testing tools such as SoapUI, and Postman.

• At least 2+ years of product development experience with expertise in designing and implementing high-performance web applications
• You must be proficient in Problem Solving and Data structures since you got to find the best way of handling a huge set of data.
• Strong hands-on experience in developing web applications using JavaScript
• Strong experience and knowledge in single-page frameworks like ReactJS/Angular/VueJs/other frameworks and ability to design the architecture of single-page applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with JAVASCRIPT, OOPS Concepts, Single page applications, REACTJS, D3, NodeJS, etc
• Build tools such as grunt, gulp, web pack.
• Exceptional debugging skills and knowledge on browser developer tools
• Familiar with RESTful APIs to connect applications to back-end services
• Familiar with optimization techniques (both in file weight and perceived/actual processing speed), debugging techniques, dynamic content retrieval, state management e.g: (Redux), cross-browser support.
• Experience in optimizing the application for performance and scalability using CDN, caching, etc
• Deep experience developing modular, object-oriented JavaScript Strong command of the HTTP protocol and the latest web standards
• Knowledge on Node server, Socket connections and mechanisms to handle real-time async data would be a plus.
• Very Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Very strong full stack experience with familiarity in serving technologies such as HTTP, CDN, proxies and caching
• Working experience with distributed teams and leading them is a plus
• Strong hands-on on writing test cases and documenting UI component.
