As a VP/ Director Product Management you will responsible for managing product lines, increasing profitability of existing products, and developing new products based on market requirements.. The ideal candidate will have exceptional project management, communications, and leadership skills. Additionally, this role will require in depth technical knowledge, and the ability to effectively work with customers to capture business requirements for product lines. Roles and Responsibilities Responsible for driving and delivering end-to-end product strategy in line with the business goals Ensure rapid pace of moving from strategy to execution on product initiatives Interview customers and prospects to ratify and enhance the roadmap and feature definitions. Perform in-depth competitive research and drive the product towards differentiation. Communicate product requirements to engineering and the executive team. Work with engineering to implement product delivery while maintaining quality assessment metrics. Create product marketing content as needed to support sales efforts, including training sales personnel on product’s value. Product lifecycle management – Manage and own global launch for new products and existing product enhancements. Take charge of conceptualisation, design, forecasting, promoting, supporting and overall management of the product. Be responsible for achievement of growth objectives, including market share, profit, revenue, etc. Take overall responsibility for the success of the product and contribute to its overall strategy & vision. Collaborate with all the stakeholders including Developers, UX team, Marketing Communications team. Develop a strong understanding of stakeholders to drive decisions. Create the Product Roadmap and be responsible for communicating this to all the stakeholders. Prioritise impactful items that align with current needs. Ensure on time and in-budget completion of product development and implementation as per business requirements. Support the formation of a Go-to-market strategy for the product and assist in the marketing campaigns. Determine customers' needs by specifying the research needed to obtain market information. Coordinate with existing clients to gather feedback and understand the challenges they face and use this to improve the product.

Someone who cares deeply about product details, can wireframe potential solutions and can discuss nitty gritty with engineers. Responsibilities: Talk with customers to discover & define their needs, understand their problems, and document their use cases. Turn vague into the concrete. Write problem statements that clearly define shared needs across customers, enabling designers & engineers to craft effective solutions. Collaborate with a Product Designer and Engineers on speccing & designing potential solutions, providing a voice of the customer, and validating solutions with customers to ensure their real problems are solved. Prepare for launches: work with Marketing team on positioning/collateral, manage beta testers, write FAQs, set metrics goals, measure success, and share learnings. Work with our Head of Product/Engineering and founders on product direction and roadmap. Experience Experience working in a dynamic startup environment 3-5 years of relevant experience in product management
