Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize files, both physical and digital.
- Organize and maintain personnel records.
- Update and maintain internal databases (eg: equipment inventory, employee details & address records etc)
- Ensure that records are accurate and accessible.
- Arrange logistics (travel & accommodations for the team).
- Help plan and execute company events, conferences, and meetings.
- Coordinate logistics such as team dinners/outings, venues, and materials.
- Assist in sending company gifts and SCHWAG to employees.
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting.
- Assist with onboarding new employees.
- Maintain employee records and handle confidential information.
- Provide basic IT support and troubleshoot office equipment issues.
- Liaise with external vendors for more complex technical problems.
- Help keep the team happy and maintain the culture of Optmyzr.
Our ideal candidate:
- Proven experience as an Admin for 2+ years
- Graduate degree in any discipline
- Computer literacy (MS office suite etc)
- Good command over written and spoken English
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize urgent tasks.
- Strong phone, e-mail & in-person communication skills
- Ability to seek guidance and support when needed.
- Problem solving skills to ensure the team functions without friction.
