Roles & Responsibilities​​

1. Work across the entire landscape that spans network, compute, storage, databases, applications, and business domain
2. Use the Big Data and AI-driven features of vuSmartMaps to provide solutions that will enable customers to improve the end-user experience for their applications
3. Create detailed designs, solutions and validate with internal engineering and customer teams, and establish a good network of relationships with customers and experts
4. Understand the application architecture and transaction-level workflow to identify touchpoints and metrics to be monitored and analyzed
5. Analytics and analysis of data and provide insights and recommendations
6. Constantly stay ahead in communicating with customers. Manage planning and execution of platform implementation at customer sites.
7. Work with the product team in developing new features, identifying solution gaps, etc.​
8. Interest and aptitude in learning new technologies - Big Data, no SQL databases, Elastic Search, Mongo DB, DevOps.​

Skills & Experience

1. At least 2+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Management
2. Experience in working with large-scale IT infra, including applications, databases, and networks.​
3. Experience in working with monitoring tools, automation tools
4. Hands-on experience in Linux and scripting.
5. Knowledge/Experience in the following technologies will be an added plus:​ ​ElasticSearch, Kafka, Docker Containers, MongoDB, Big Data, SQL databases, ELK stack, REST APIs, web services, and JMX.

SAP Basis / HANA 

• Solution Manager/FRUN Experience with detail knowledge of how SOLMAN system is integrated with Ticketing Tools. 
• Experience in Solution Manager Technical monitoring. 
• End to end monitoring for the sap system during the changes when the monitoring is not available or until the new one is in place 
• Manage the team to get the assigned task done on time adhering the SLA. 
• Align with different stakeholders to discuss the progress of multiple tasks. 
• SPOC of Alert management team. 
• Able to solve and coordinate RCA and support during critical system behaviour.
• Audit Experience. 
• Detailed Technical experience in SAP BASIS and HANA systems administrations. 
• Experience in setting up System Replications, High Availability and Disaster recovery. 
• Possess leadership qualities. 
• Proven track record of Client handling. 
• Knowledge of SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud is desirable. 
• Coach others recognize their strengths and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development. 
• Any Experience in SAP tools (SPC, LVM, etc.) will be advantage
• Ready to learn new technologies. 
• Should be ready to work in 24*7 shifts.

AWS Architect/Engineer - Part Time/Freelancer JOB DESCRIPTION Strong Implementation experience with primary AWS services (EC2, ELB, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway Route53 & S3) with solid architecture and design knowledge/experience. Strong knowledge in creating various environments such as Development, Test, UAT and Production. As a key member of the team, ensure success in designing, building and migrating applications, software, and services on the AWS platform. Participate in architectural discussions and design exercises to create large scale solutions built on AWS and also be part of the development lifecycle. Deep hands-on experience leading the design, development and deployment of business software at scale. Leading highly-available and fault-tolerant enterprise and web-scale software deployments. Experience in performance optimization techniques. AWS Solutions Architect Certified is preferred. High end Troubleshooting and Communication skills.
