Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior HR Executive with a strong focus on employee engagement, learning & development, and performance management to serve as a strategic partner to our teams. This role will align HR initiatives with business objectives to foster a motivated, high-performing workforce.

Core Responsibilities

Employee Engagement:

• Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale.
• Plan and execute team-building activities, recognition programs, and events that foster a positive work culture.
• Regularly collect and analyze employee feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Learning & Development:

• Design and deliver training programs to meet business and employee growth objectives.
• Partner with leadership to identify skill gaps and implement upskilling initiatives.
• Maintain and track learning and development metrics to ensure the effectiveness of programs.

Performance Management:

• Manage the performance appraisal process, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Work closely with managers to set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback.
• Support teams in creating individual development plans (IDPs) and career progression paths.

HR Strategy & Partnership:

• Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies and best practices.
• Support teams in aligning HR practices with business needs and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless HR operations.

Compliance & Policy Management:

• Ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies.
• Regularly update policies and procedures to reflect changes in regulations and company culture.

Talent Acquisition (As Needed):

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and fill vacant positions.
• Support recruitment processes, from job description creation to onboarding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree (preferred) in Business Administration (MBA) or related fields.
• Relevant certifications in HR Management, Employee Engagement, or Learning & Development are a plus.
• Proven experience in an HRBP or related role with a focus on employee engagement, learning & development, and performance management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
• Knowledge of Indian employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proactive problem-solver with a “figure-it-out” attitude.

A Desktop Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users in an organization. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring that desktop systems are functioning efficiently, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person.

- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems, including operating systems, applications, and network connectivity issues.

- Install, configure, and upgrade desktop hardware and software, ensuring compliance with company standards.

- Maintain inventory of desktop equipment and software licenses, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.

- Collaborate with IT teams to implement new technologies and improve existing systems.

- Provide training and support to users on new software applications and tools.

- Assist in the setup and deployment of new workstations and peripherals.

- Monitor and maintain system performance, applying updates and patches as necessary.

- Document technical procedures and solutions for future reference.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

- Proven experience in a desktop support role or similar technical support position.

- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as common software applications.

- Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused attitude.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) are a plus.

This role is essential for maintaining the productivity of employees by ensuring that their desktop environments are operational and efficient. A successful Desktop Support Engineer will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

7+ years of experience in Python Development

Good experience in Microservices and APIs development.

Must have exposure to large scale data

Good to have Gen AI experience

Code versioning and collaboration. (Git)

Knowledge for Libraries for extracting data from websites.

Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases

Familiarity with RESTful APIs

Familiarity with Cloud (Azure /AWS) technologies

Position Description

As Senior Technical Product Manager on the TAPPP digital platform, you'll be responsible to:

1. Work with the US product and engineering leadership to manage SAFe agile projects, define user-stories, plan sprints, conduct standup meetings, and ensure software quality, automated testing
2. Work with the engineering leadership for resource planning, resource allocation, and project plans
3. Manage time-off and leave for the India team to ensure minimal impact to projects
4. Work with the US product and engineering leaders to conduct user-acceptance testing of the product before it goes to production
5. Work with product, engineering and support leadership in the US to implement TechOps and support strategy and ensure 24x7 coverage for the platform
6. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and align with organization short- and long-term strategy.

You'll work across various domains and with a talented group of associates spanning multiple ego-locations.
