Overview

We are seeking an Azure Solutions Lead who will be responsible for managing and maintaining the overall architecture, design, application management and migrations, security of growing Cloud Infrastructure that supports the company’s core business and infrastructure systems and services. In this role, you will protect our critical information, systems, and assets, build new solutions, implement, and configure new applications and hardware, provide training, and optimize/monitor cloud systems. You must be passionate about applying technical skills that create operational efficiencies and offer solutions to support business operations and strategy roadmap.

Responsibilities:

• Works in tandem with our Architecture, Applications and Security teams
• Identify and implement the most optimal and secure Azure cloud-based solutions for the company.
• Design and implement end-to-end Azure data solutions, including data ingestion, storage, processing, and visualization.
• Architect data platforms using Azure services such as Azure Data Fabric, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Databricks (ADB), Azure SQL Database, and One Lake etc.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for efficient data movement and transformation.
• Design data models and schemas to support business requirements and analytical insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the data engineering team.
• Stay updated on emerging Azure technologies and best practices in data architecture.
• Stay current with industry trends, making recommendations as available to help keep the environment operating at it optimum while minimizing waste and maximizing investment.
• Create and update the documentation to facilitate cross-training and troubleshooting
• Work with the Security and Architecture teams to refine and deploy security best practices to identify, detect, protect, respond, and recover from threats to assets and information.

Qualifications:

• Overall 7+ years of IT Experience & minimum 2 years as an Azure Data Lead
• Strong expertise in all aspects of Azure services with a focus on data engineering & BI reporting.
• Proficiency in Azure Data Factory (ADF), Data Factory, Azure Databricks (ADB), SQL, NoSQL, PySpark, Power BI and other Azure data tools.
• Experience in data modelling, data warehousing, and business intelligence concepts.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable and robust data solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with strong teamwork, analytical and troubleshooting skills, and attentiveness to detail.
• Self-starter, ability to work independently and within a team.

Overview Of Responsibilities:

Create the vision and product roadmap for the next generation of ground operations solutions; articulate and evangelize it across internal and external stakeholders

Work closely with Operations and Planning teams to improve business processes and network design

Work closely with Data, Engineering and Design teams to define and build products that help us deliver high - precision and low cost services

Be the key driving force behind building additional products service capabilities

Qualifications:

A degree in engineering or a related technical discipline from Tier - I institute a must

8 - 12 years of product management experience in internet startups/supply chain organization / SaaS products or e-commerce; B2B / B2B2C experience preferred.

Strong communication and organization skills, as well as the ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, multi-task, and prioritize

Sound business judgment, attention to detail, proven ability to influence others, demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives, and a strong analytical mindset

Proven track record of independently building and launching technology products from the ground up; delivering within time, budget, and quality

Demonstrated ability to turn customer needs and pain points into innovative products

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, along with the tenacity to develop ideas independently and the conviction to drive them to completion is crucial for this

Job Description: 

We are seeking a skilled Data Visualization Engineer with expertise in Qlik Sense and experience working with reporting tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, and Qlik Sense. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of QVF and QVD structures, basic HTTP API integrations, and end-to-end data pipelines. Some knowledge of Python for data processing and automation will be a plus. This role will primarily focus on Qlik Sense reporting. 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Data Visualization & Reporting 

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Qlik Sense. 
• Work with PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, and Qlik Sense to create compelling data visualizations. 
• Ensure seamless data representation and storytelling through dashboards. 

2. Qlik Sense Development & Optimization 

• Develop and manage QVF and QVD structures for optimized data retrieval. 
• Implement best practices in Qlik Sense scripting, data modeling, and performance tuning. 
• Maintain and optimize existing Qlik Sense applications. 

3. Data Integration & API Interactions 

• Utilize basic HTTP APIs to integrate external data sources into dashboards. 
• Work with data teams to ensure smooth data ingestion and transformation for visualization. 

4. End-to-End Data Pipeline Understanding 

• Collaborate with data engineers to understand and optimize data flows from source to visualization. 
• Ensure data consistency, integrity, and performance in reporting solutions. 

5. Scripting & Automation 

• Utilize Python for data manipulation, automation, and minor custom integrations. 
• Improve reporting workflows through automation scripts and process optimizations. 

Technical Expertise Required: 

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Data Visualization or BI Reporting roles. 
• Strong experience with Qlik Sense (QVF & QVD structures, scripting, visualization). 
• Hands-on experience with PowerBI, Tableau, Looker. 
• Basic understanding of HTTP APIs for data integration. 
• Understanding of end-to-end data pipelines. 
• Knowledge of Python for automation and data transformation. 
• Experience in performance optimization of dashboards and reports. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience in data modeling and ETL concepts. 
• Familiarity with cloud-based data visualization solutions.
