About the Role:
We’re hiring a dynamic HR Associate with experience in the Hospitality, QSR, or Hotel industry to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will support recruitment, payroll, and employee engagement while ensuring smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and campus hiring.
- Support payroll and statutory compliance.
- Plan and conduct employee engagement activities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (MBA preferred).
