JOB DESCRIPTION :

Accounts Executive:

• Must have good exposure in accounts writing on Tally or any other ERP

• Doing daily accounting entries in Tally for sale, purchase, receipts, payments, incomes and expenses

• Finalisation of TB and balance sheet and attending the queries of the auditors

• Calculations/Filing of Income tax returns, TDS returns and GST returns

• MS Excel and MS Office, Internet, Emails etc.

• Ledger Scrutiny

• Monthly MIS

Specific Knowledge - Tally / Tally ERP

- Daily Accounting Entries in Tally for sale, purchase, receipts, payments

- GST, TDS and Income Tax

- Excel (proficient/advanced knowledge required)

- Internet, Email and MS Office

 Strong written/verbal communication skills

·        Minimum 2-15 Years of Core Java Programming with Collections Framework, Concurrent Programming, Multi-threading (Good knowledge in Executor service, Forkjoin pool and other threading concepts)

·        Good knowledge of the JVM with an understanding of performance and memory optimization.

·        Extensive and expert programming experience in JAVA programming language (strong OO skills preferred).

·        Excellent knowledge on collections like, Array List, Vector, LinkedList, Hashmap, HashTable, HashSet is mandate.

·        Exercised exemplary development practices including design specification, coding standards, unit testing, and code-reviews.

·        Expert level understanding of Object-Oriented Concepts and Data Structures

·        Good experience in Database (Sybase, Oracle or SQL Server) like indexing (clustered, non-clustered), hashing, segmenting, data types like clob / blob, views (materialized), replication, constraints, functions, triggers, procedures etc.

Key Responsibilities:

² Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.

² Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional code.

² Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

² Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

² Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

² Troubleshoot and debug applications to enhance performance.

² Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our tech stack remains cutting-edge.

Qualifications:

² Current SDE 3 designation or equivalent experience in a senior development role.

² 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on frontend technologies, particularly React.

² Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS, with a deep understanding of modern web development practices.

² Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX) and routing solutions.

² Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and experience with modern build tools (Webpack, Babel).

² Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library) and test-driven development (TDD).

² Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

passion for all things JavaScript, having built complex single-page applications on React/Redux for at least 2 years.

Profound understanding of HTML, CSS, and browser capabilities to build beautiful, fast and snappy applications.

Comfortable with jest for writing unit and integration tests/puppeteer for e2e tests.

Curiosity to remain updated with the newest technologies and frameworks. Intuition for usability and UI design, with an ability to balance polish with the constraints of timing and scope.

Comfort with any of WebRTC/Backend Stack/React Native is a strong plus.
