Areas of Impact for you

  • Finalizing concept along with product managers and stakeholders to understand product requirement
  • Creating personas through user research and data
  • Developing wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
  • Finding creative ways to solve UX problems
  • Working with other designers to implement attractive designs and maintaining design systems
  • Communicating design ideas and prototypes to developer
  • Conducting usability testing and gathering user feedback
  • Work in collaboration with the product, design and tech teams for effective delivery of the designs
  • Account for and track the human-computer interaction (HCI) element of a design
  • Assist in brainstorming activities for upcoming projects

 

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of relevant UX experience in technology driven companies
  • Being a great team player, experienced in working with agile teams. Ability to collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers
  • Capability to create, improve, and use information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, user flows, to effectively communicate your interaction ideas.
  • Ability to present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (cognitive loads, information flow, etc.)
  • Continually keep yourself and team updated with the latest changes in your industry’s standards.
  • Being diligent, organized, well prepared, with an attention to detail
  • Good control over language and display effective communication skill
  • Experience in designing interfaces for mobile and web
  • Portfolio displaying the required skills
  • Understanding of tech (front-end and APIs) desirable
  • Ability to work individually as well as in teams
  • Ability to meet deadlines regularly with precision
  • Proficiency with standard tools (Figma, Notion, Analytics tools etc..)
