The Opportunity
We’re expanding rapidly into new Allied Health and Tech programs. To support this growth, we’re hiring a seasoned Canvas LMS Administrator who can manage complex configurations, solve technical challenges, and build scalable systems for new programs and enterprise partners.
If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and great at building systems that “just work,” you’ll play a key role in shaping Springboard’s learning platform.

What You’ll Do
Canvas Platform Administration
- Serve as the primary Canvas admin (configuration, permissions, sub-accounts, course setup)
- Manage LTIs, SSO, APIs, and third-party tool integrations
- Optimize Canvas workflows for new program launches and enterprise use cases
- Partner with Instructure for product updates, roadmap insights, and escalations
Troubleshooting & Support
- Provide fast, high-quality support to LX, Ops, instructors, mentors, and Program Success
- Resolve issues related to configuration, access, grade passback, automations, and LTIs
- Reduce recurring issues with documentation and scalable fixes
Customization & Problem Solving
- Build solutions using Blueprint courses, custom roles, APIs, JS/CSS, and automations
- Create scalable templates and workflows for new health and tech programs
Quality & Operational Excellence
- Maintain documentation, issue tracking, and release notes
- Partner with LX, Product, and Engineering for course QA and program rollouts
- Monitor Canvas updates and recommend internal adjustments
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Product & Engineering on integrations and platform improvements
- Support enterprise implementations (Amazon Career Choice, university partners)
- Ensure seamless learner and instructor experience end-to-end
Required Skills
Core LMS & Canvas Skills
- 7+ years LMS administration (Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard, D2L)
- 3+ years hands-on Canvas administration
- Sub-accounts, permissions, SIS imports, and course architecture
- Blueprint courses
- Canvas APIs & developer keys
- LTI app setup and management
- SSO (SAML, OAuth, basic troubleshooting)
- Canvas theming (JS/CSS — basic to moderate level)
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Strong troubleshooting instincts
- Data workflows, grade passback debugging
- Ability to translate business requirements into Canvas-based solutions
- Understanding of integrations with Product/Engineering systems
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Strong documentation and system-building mindset
- Comfortable “pushing” conversations to move work forward
Preferred Skills
- Experience in high-scale online learning organizations (bootcamps, employer-sponsored learning)
- SCORM or instructional design familiarity
- Experience with healthcare or workforce development programs
- Fluency with AI tools and process automations
Work Hours
3pm to 12am IST.
2–4 hours overlap with US hours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Front-end and Back-end Development: Spearhead the development of both the front-end and back-end of our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring a cohesive and user-friendly experience.
- Security Implementation: Implement comprehensive security measures to safeguard user data, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of information within the LMS. (Good to have)
- UI/UX Enhancement: Play a key role in enhancing the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) of the LMS, creating an engaging and intuitive learning environment.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information technology, Computer Applications or a related field.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, MySQL databases and optimizing database performance
- Proven 2 plus experience in Full-Stack Development.
- Expertise in front-end and back-end technologies.

- Understand various functions’ systems & automation-related needs and design & implement solutions for them.
- Manage Learning Management System (LMS) from the technical side including coordination with the LMS provider for white-label LMS development.
- Provide necessary training to MML employees & students for optimal utilisation of automation & technology solutions.
- Add value to the growth of the organization's top line & bottom line.
• Team Lead (6-8 yrs of total experience), minimum 3 years of Team Lead exp. required

Job Description:
• Lead end-to-end IT needs of the division and build a strong full-stack delivery team
• Lead directly (hands-on) the building and running of best-in class platform for online learning
and application portal
• Incorporate key features including adaptive learning, analytics tracking capabilities,
streamlining application processes on the portal, machine learning for automatic university
recommendation system
• Ensure scalability, performance, resilience and device portability of the platform, including
adequate backups, disaster recovery, pen testing, network security etc. to avoid data
breaches, given the high volume of sensitive data
• Lead collaboration with the development teams, project management, IT service and support
teams and other to support their activities, respond to their needs and respond to incidents
Candidate profile:
