We are looking for a Payroll Manager to run accurate, on-time payroll.

Responsibilities

• Run monthly payroll accurately and on time
• Ensure PF, ESI, PT and TDS compliance
• Manage time and attendance data
• Work with finance on payroll accounting

Requirements

• 3+ years of payroll experience
• Strong statutory compliance knowledge
• Experience with payroll software

1. Will be responsible for running manpower staffing solution like temporary and permanent staffing solution with Revenue Generation Model.

2. Will be accountable for creating and signing up agreements with clients.

3. Should handle existing client and adding new clients for our Manpower staffing service.

4. Recruitment for Clients requirements and Inhouse requirements should be executed effectively.

5. Should execute HR Generalist role ( Recruitment, Appointing Process, Induction, HR policy and process creation, Attrition,Training the team, Appraisal, Disciplinary action.

6. Should Manage the Team efficiently.

7. Responsible in training and grooming juniors.

8. Maintainance or process, reports are mandatory.

SAP HCM Functional Consultant

• Minimum 5+ years total IT experience, preferably in SAP HCM.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in design and configuration of SAP US Payroll.
• Must have 2-3 full life cycle implementations for SAP/EC US Payroll.
• Should have worked as an SME for US payroll.
• Experience in - SAP payroll configuration for Gross payroll and Net Payroll, Tax Reporter configuration,
• Experience with BSI tax factory, Third party remittance, Payroll catalog definition including but not limited to collective bargaining agreement wage type definition and configuration,
• Off-cycle payroll definition and processing, Levy management, Garnishments definition, reporting and management, Integration with Benefits, Integration with SAP FI and with Third party FI, Detailed knowledge and understanding of integration with Time Management.
• Experience in SAP Benefits configuration
• Experience in SAP Time Module
• Experience in creating and defining custom operations and rules
• Experience with Yearend activities, Open Enrollment, and support packs implementation,
• Minimum of 2 - 3 years experience executing parallel payroll testing
• Extensive experience in compliance reporting for more than 1 country

About 4-5 years of total experience of recent full life cycle IT and non-IT recruitment, and some amount of HR and general administration experience such as coordinating, scheduling, tracking, collecting and organising documents, etc.

• Own the responsibility for talent acquisition (internal as well as Singapore-based), including job posting, collating applications, and tracking candidate status to closure
• Constantly look to find new ways of identifying/sourcing technical and recruitment talent
• Screen and shortlist candidates for interviewing.
• Prepare offer letters and stay in touch with upcoming joiners
• Help new joiners onboard, identify any required facilities, set them up on email, e-phones and intranet
• Track and close (or coordinate to close) support requests pertaining to HR, desktops, payroll, leave, etc.
• Assist the executive management in occasional administrative or organisational tasks as requested. These may include gathering and collating data, organising documents, etc.
• Attention to detail, an organised and systematic approach to working, and good oral and written communication skills are non-negotiable.
