Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our Salesforce Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering client-focused solutions. You will work closely with clients, developers, and stakeholders to analyze business requirements, design Salesforce-based solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through client interactions and stakeholder meetings.
- Analyze and translate business needs into functional specifications for Salesforce implementations.
- Design and configure Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, process builders, and reports.
- Collaborate with developers and technical teams to ensure solutions align with client expectations.

Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a Salesforce-focused role.
- Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
- Active Salesforce Trailhead profile with demonstrated learning progress (please include Trailhead profile link in application).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Technical Leadership & Delivery: Lead the design, development, and deployment of customized Salesforce solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices for architecture, scalability, and security.

Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development and technical leadership, with in-depth knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations.
- Strong experience in architecting scalable and secure Salesforce solutions, with proven success in delivering complex technical projects.
- Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and platform capabilities, with a deep understanding of platform limitations and opportunities.
- Extensive hands-on experience with API integration tools such as REST, SOAP, and Mulesoft.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams, manage resources, and deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of efficiently resolving complex technical challenges.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Salesforce Platform Developer II are highly preferred.
- Experience with implementing DevOps processes, including continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with global teams and stakeholders
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
Application Development
- Work with Salesforce Tech Lead on requirements gathering/design workshops and define system design and solutions to be implemented on the Salesforce Platform
- Responsible for designing/configuring, developing, testing, training, documenting, and deploying high-quality code and adhering to best practices on the platform
- Design, develop and integrate Salesforce apps and components with back-office systems such as ERP systems using modern web tools and technologies
- Assist in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving defects encountered during various stages of project delivery, including during deployment and implementation in production environments
- Write well-structured code using Apex, LWC, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML using the appropriate features and capabilities of each framework or language
System Administration
- Provide system administration support for the Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects, and workflow
- Creating and maintaining system interface diagrams, functional designs, and technical specifications documentation
- Review Salesforce Release Notes to have familiarity with new additions and enhancements
