Job Overview: We are looking for a tech-savvy HR Manager to oversee HR operations and provide dedicated support for our tech team based in Bengaluru, India. Reporting to the HR Director in the U.S., this role will drive HR initiatives, support talent needs, ensure compliance with local regulations, and foster a productive and engaging work environment.
Key Responsibilities
● HR Operations & Compliance:
○ Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, payroll regulations, and HR policies for our Bengaluru team.
○ Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee documentation for the Bengaluru office.
○ Leverage HR technologies to maintain accurate employee records, manage onboarding and offboarding, and coordinate with external vendors for local HR support.
● HR Business Partner (HRBP) for Bengaluru Team:
