About the Internship:
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Inside Sales Interns who will be responsible for connecting with potential sellers and guiding them on how to register and list their products on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, etc. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in sales and eCommerce.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Reach out to potential sellers through outbound calls and explain the benefits of selling on eCommerce platforms.
2. Guide sellers step-by-step on the registration and onboarding process on platforms like Amazon, eBay, Etsy, etc.
3. Assist sellers in understanding product listing, cataloging, and basic platform requirements.
4. Follow up with interested sellers to ensure completion of onboarding and account activation.
5. Address basic seller queries and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
6. Maintain and update daily activity in CRM systems.
Other requirements:
1. Undergraduate (pursuing 1st or 2nd year), graduate or MBA fresher/students pursuing MBA (sales/marketing preferred).
2. Strong communication and convincing skills.
3. Interest in sales, business development, and eCommerce.
4. Immediate joiners preferred as candidate should be available to start by 1st April 2026.
Additional Information:
1. Job Title: Inside Sales Intern – e-commerce (seller onboarding – WFH).
2. Location: Mumbai (Prabhadevi).
3. Duration: 3 Months (Full-Time).
4. Stipend: Rs. 8000/- to Rs.10,000/-.
5. You will be working in a work from home (WFH) setup and are required to report virtually on a daily basis at the time specified by your manager.
6. Incentives is Rs. 500 per sign up (E.g. 15 sign up a month*500 = 7500).
7. Office timings are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Note – Its a Hybrid module, employee has to visit office once a day for the review and other discussion with the respective manager.
