Full Stack Developer

• The candidate should hold either MCA or BTech degree in Computer Science
• The candidate should have 4 to 10 years of IT Development hands on experience in integration solution using WCF/SOA technologies
• Build integration solutions to automate business processes related to Oil & Gas Refinery business
• Should have excellent knowledge in C#, WCF, SOAP/REST API,, OOPS Concepts, Object Oriented design principles and Design Patterns
• Should have excellent knowledge in SQL Database Design, RDBMS concepts and Master Data Services
• Should have good knowledge in Authentication, Security, XSD and System Integration concepts
• Should be able to understand the Business Requirement and convert it into Technical design document
• Communicate with internal and external customers, supervisors and management using clear, user-friendly terminology
• The candidate should have good Arithmetic reasoning, Logical and Analytical thinking
• Should be Flexible to learn new things, Self-motivated and take up any development role assigned, irrespective of the technology

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Collection and Preprocessing:
• Gathering data from various sources (databases, APIs, web scraping, etc.).
• Cleaning and transforming data to ensure quality and consistency.
• Handling missing values, outliers, and inconsistencies.
• Integrating data from multiple sources.
• Data Analysis and Exploration:
• Conducting exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, trends, and relationships.
• Applying statistical methods and hypothesis testing to validate findings.
• Visualizing data using charts, graphs, and other tools to communicate insights.
• Model Development and Deployment:
• Developing and implementing machine learning models (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, deep learning).
• Evaluating model performance and fine-tuning parameters.
• Deploying models into production environments.
• Creating and maintaining machine learning pipelines.
• Communication and Collaboration:
• Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

• Listing & uploading catalogues & product on international eCommerce portals like Amazon, eBay, Shopify website etc.
• Monitor and optimize live listings and make suggestions to improve listing performance.
• Ensure products are accurately priced, described, photographed, always updated and in line with competitors.
• Engage in on-page optimization and off-page optimization
• Monitor all dispatches for orders placed through marketplaces.
• Strategizing for increasing online sales of the products.
• E-commerce payment reconciliation, Deals, Coupons, Reviews & Ratings, A+ Content, Catalogue improvement, Keyword Updation.
• Hands on knowledge with Amazon campaigns and other PPC advertising channels.
• Work within the budget allotted for the marketing campaign and other purchase
• Achieve position on the first page of popular search engines and marketplaces
• Maintaining ACOS percentage for the ads.
•  Increase organic search by timely updating the SEO of all the listings.
• Generation of Sales and Other Report (Weekly, Monthly) and provide analysis on each channel statistics for the Management.
• Responsible for the growth of the website store and assisting in execution of the website strategy.
• Conduct competitor keywords and backlinks analysis
• Create list of target SEO keywords for each product and work with content writer in editing existing and uploading new listings.
• Create a list of target websites and influencers for Affiliate marketing and guest blogging opportunities. Follow up with those targets on all channels of communication and recruit them.
• Responsible for ideating offers, events, promotions for Affiliate partners for maximum revenue generation
• Consistently keep creating backlinks through other available resources.
• Design automated Email strategy and work with the team in designing those emails.
• Formulate, execute and analyze Facebook and Google Ad campaigns.
• Analyze Google analytics and search console pages and recommend updates to website.
• Customer Feedback & Review generation
• Responsible for implementation of daily action plans with the teams and continuously optimizing the plans.
• Ability to identify opportunity areas to grow the business.
• Responsible for managing the listings and orders on different e-commerce marketplace channels.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-3 years’ experience in E-commerce required.
• Should have a strong understanding of all SEO best practices such as SEO friendly site architecture, tags, coding, site speed optimization, link building & more.
• Basic HTML knowledge a plus.
• Experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads and Google Analytic Suite.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to work within time constraints.
• Pro-active work ethic. Able to self-check work and take initiative. Detail-oriented.

• 3+ years of professional experience in Vue.js and object orientated programming
• Highly proficient in JavaScript, modern JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Highly proficient in Vue.js framework

Responsibilities:

·       Analyze, design and support implementation of business specific Pega solutions and/or framework

·       Responsible for implementing technical solutions on Pega 8.x

·       Ability to create reusable components that can be leveraged across the enterprise for providing top-notch user experience

·       Ability to translate complex business requirement into functional technical requirements using Pega Systems Smart BPM methodology and DCO tools

·       Good hands on implementing PEGA integration services using REST, SOAP, Email etc. Good understanding of PEGA case management features

·       Design and implement product features in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders

·       Design reusable components, frameworks and libraries

·       Ability to interact with business analysts and business team members to refine requirements, Use Cases

·       Perform all phases of software engineering including requirements analysis, application design, code development and testing

·       Work very closely with architecture groups and drive solutions

·       Participate in an Agile / Scrum methodology to deliver high-quality software releases

Experience and Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, or Information Systems or Engineering is required, else in lieu, a demonstrated equivalence in work experience is mandatory.

·       Pega Systems Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)

·       5+ Years of Experience on Pega PRPC (8.x/7.x versions) and Frame worked Case Management

·       In-Depth knowledge of Pega Upgrades, Integration, Performance Management and all Pega relevant Tools

·       Ability to negotiate and allocate resources appropriately for development and implementation

·       Excellent written, communication and presentation skills
