LaravelJob Title: Senior Software Engineer

About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Sotware Engineer to design, develop, and scale robust backend systems for enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in microservices architecture, cloud-native applications, distributed systems, and API development while also being capable of mentoring engineering teams and driving technical decisions.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop scalable backend systems and microservices. • Lead architecture discussions and technical decision-making across projects. • Build high-performance REST APIs and event-driven systems. • Collaborate with frontend, product, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. • Perform code reviews and establish engineering best practices. • Design database schemas and optimize application performance. • Build real-time systems using WebSockets, Redis, and messaging patterns. • Manage deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure. • Mentor junior and mid-level developers and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.

NextJs (Next.js)**Requirements:**
* Write well-designed, testable, efficient code by using web development best practices
* Website and software application designing, building, or maintaining.
* Evaluating code to ensure it meets industry standards, is valid, is properly structured, and is compatible with browsers, devices, or operating systems.
* Perform UI design and coding and create reusable objects and wireframes for web pages
* Create website layouts and user interfaces with HTML,CSS,JS and related frameworks
* Collaborate with web designers to realize visual design intent
* Design of the overall architecture of the web application
* Translation of UI/UX wireframes to visual elements
* Understanding the entire web development process, including design, development, and deployment is preferred.
* Experience with Figma, ReactJS would be an added advantage
**Required skills:**
* Excellent understanding of WordPress, Shopify, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript Template Creation, Plugin Creation
* Exposure to REACT and Figma would be an added advantage
* Headless CMS, NextJs, Laravel, Scss, Tailwind, TSX, REST API, Theme Creation,
* Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications
* Experience designing and developing responsive design websites
* Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers

Key Responsibilities
Own the complete B2B sales cycle — prospecting to closure
Generate and convert leads for website development and custom software projects
Engage decision-makers (Founders, CXOs, Product Heads)
Conduct discovery calls and propose tailored solutions
Lead commercial discussions and negotiations
Maintain CRM and accurate revenue forecasting
Coordinate with technical teams for smooth project transition
Build long-term client relationships and drive repeat business
Lead requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into clear, structured documentation such as user stories, workflows, BRDs, and FRDs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
2–4 years experience in IT services / SaaS / custom software sales
Proven track record of closing mid-size to large B2B deals
Strong understanding of consultative selling
Experience handling enterprise or corporate clients
Confident in negotiations and contract discussions
Target-oriented with measurable revenue achievements
