Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Handle customer objections effectively and close sales deals
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM systems
- Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to ensure conversions
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of customers
Must Have Skills:
1. 1+ Years in telesales/inside sales
2. Communication - Hindi, English - Expert
3. Converting leads into successful sales.
Good to have
1. Experience in selling D2C products
2. Healthcare experience

International Sales Specialist
