Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern with a strong interest in Talent Acquisition. This role will primarily focus on end-to-end recruitment — from sourcing candidates to onboarding — and will give you hands-on experience in building teams for a growing tech company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process for various roles (IT & Non-IT).
- Create and post job descriptions on job portals and social media platforms.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong interest in recruitment and HR processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of job portals & LinkedIn sourcing is a plus.

Redux/FluxWe are seeking a skilled React.js Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using React.js. You will work with a team of developers to create interactive web interfaces, ensure high performance and scalability of our applications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using React.js
- Write high-quality, reusable code for UI components
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to implement new features and improvements
- Ensure the performance, scalability, and maintainability of web applications
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with web applications
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
- Strong experience with React.js and its core principles
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and its core concepts
- Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Redux)
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of modern web development tools and frameworks (such as Webpack, Babel, etc.)
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and web standards
- Ability to write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a React.js Developer or similar role
