Google Business Profile Management:
-Assist in creating, claiming, and optimizing Google Business Profiles for clients.
-Ensure accuracy and consistency in business information across all listings (name, address, phone, etc.).
Local SEO Support:
-Perform keyword research to enhance listings visibility in local searches.
-Collaborate on strategies to improve local search rankings for clients.
Performance Monitoring:
-Track and analyze key performance metrics such as views, clicks, and customer actions on Google listings.
-Generate detailed reports for internal teams and clients to showcase progress.
Research and Innovation:
-Stay updated on new Google My Business features, local SEO trends, and algorithm changes.
-Suggest and implement innovative solutions to maximize client results.

Desired Technical Skills -
- Min 7 years of experience working in scalable cloud based product companies/MNCs
- Must have deeper understanding of Django, React, AWS Infrastructure, DevOps, sql and nosql databases
- Must have managed the architecture and solution design of product and have clear vision to handle the volume of data
- Min 7 years in Django Development with exposure to REST API, Third Party API integration, Social Media API Integrations, Oauth integration
- Must have knowledge of developing Microservices oriented architecture based services using REST APIs with Token based authentication (OAuth, JWT).
- Knowledge of Celery, Ngnix, Scheduler and multi-threading is required
- Must have ReactJS/Redux knoweldge
- Min 2 yrs of Frontend Development experience is must
- Must know Postman, Swagger and PostgreSQL with strong unit test and debugging skills.
- Good understanding of code versioning tools such as Git. Should be comfortable in working as an individual and in team.
- Application Deployment Experience is MUST
- In Depth knowledge of AWS Architecture (EC2, RDS, Lambda, Elastic Cache etc.)
- Any knowledge of Bootstrap or Cloud based services (AWS, GCP) is an advantage
- Must have management and communications Skills to handle developers and customers technical queries

Job Overview
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes using FamePilot’s platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers maximize value from our product, resolve concerns, and drive retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Onboarding & Training: Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to the platform.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proactive Support & Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer challenges, ensuring timely follow-ups and escalations when necessary.
- Product Adoption & Engagement: Encourage product adoption by educating clients on new features, best practices, and use cases.
- Customer Retention & Renewals: Monitor customer health metrics, identify risks, and implement strategies to improve retention and reduce churn.
- Feedback & Insights: Gather customer feedback and collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive improvements.
- Cross-Selling & Upselling: Identify expansion opportunities and work with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate customer records, reports, and documentation in CRM tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role in a SaaS company.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Experience using CRM and customer support tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Basic understanding of SaaS business models and customer retention strategies.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle escalations.
- A proactive and customer-first approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in customer experience or online reputation management SaaS.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp API, Power BI, or other analytics tools.
- Prior experience working with multi-location businesses such as restaurants, hotels, or retail chains.
