Sales Head – IT SaaS | Gurgaon
Famepilot is hiring an experienced Sales Head to lead and grow our B2B SaaS sales operations. We are looking for a target-driven professional with strong international sales experience and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle.

About Famepilot:

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate business opportunities through cold calling and outbound sales activities
- Conduct product demonstrations and client presentations
- Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Work closely with internal teams to improve sales processes and customer experience
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT/SaaS sales or business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
- Experience in Retail, Hospitality, or BFSI sectors preferred
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Finance Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate financial records using Zoho Books.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update accounting records using Zoho Books / Zoho Finance Suite
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
- Create and manage invoices, bills, and payment entries in Zoho
- Perform bank reconciliations within Zoho and ensure data accuracy
- Manage GST filings, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Generate and maintain financial reports, MIS, and dashboards via Zoho
- Track vendor payments, customer collections, and follow-ups
- Ensure proper documentation for audits and compliance
- Support in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing
- Coordinate with internal teams for financial data and reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance (B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent)
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance
- Strong hands-on experience with Zoho Books (mandatory)
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
