Sales Head (IT SaaS)

At InferQ, we are building solutions for autonomous and intelligent aerial systems. We seek a Robotic Navigation Engineer with deep technical rigor and a passion for developing mission-critical navigation, estimation, and path planning systems for UAVs. The role demands hands-on engagement across the autonomy stack. You will work at the intersection of robotics, AI, and aerospace, translating research into reliable field-deployable systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement algorithms for joint state estimation, integrating multi-sensor inputs.
• Develop dynamic and real-time path planning solutions for UAVs.
• Create and validate flight simulations using various COTS Simulators or custom HIL/SIL test environments.
• Design and integrate advanced navigation systems.
• Work with avionics, AI, and controls teams to integrate autonomy modules on flight computers and mission systems.
• Conduct flight trials, performance evaluation, and algorithm optimization under real mission conditions.
• Support development of mission-critical autonomy frameworks for UAV systems.

Skillset/ Experience Required

• Strong foundation in linear and nonlinear state estimation and multi-sensor fusion.
• Expertise in path planning and trajectory optimization for aerial platforms.
• Proficiency in C++ / Python and ROS / ROS2 for robotic system development.
• Experience with aerospace kinematics and dynamics modeling, flight control integration, and navigation system design.
• Hands-on experience with Gazebo / X-Plane / AirSim / Unreal Engine simulators.
• Practical understanding of vision-based SLAM, visual odometry, and obstacle avoidance.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills, with a systems-engineering mindset.
• Exposure to AI-based perception systems.
• Integration of algorithms with embedded flight computers.
• Experience with HIL/SIL test setups and flight telemetry systems.
• Familiarity with DO-178C, DO-254, or other lifecycle processes is a plus.

Educational Qualification

• B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech / Ph.D. in Aerospace, Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical, or related disciplines.
• Academic or project focus in Autonomous Systems, Estimation, Navigation, or AI-based Robotics is preferred.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize scalable data solutions that support advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives. You will lead the development of reliable, high-performance data systems and collaborate closely with data scientists to enable data-driven decision-making.

In this role, we expect a forward-thinking professional who utilizes AI-augmented development tools (such as Cursor, Windsurf, or GitHub Copilot) to increase engineering velocity and maintain high code standards in a modern enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scalable Pipelines: Design, develop, and optimize end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and PySpark.
• ETL/ELT Workflows: Build and maintain workflows to transform raw data into structured, analytics-ready datasets.
• ML Integration: Partner with data scientists to deploy and integrate machine learning models into production environments.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Manage and scale data infrastructure within AWS and Azure ecosystems.
• Data Warehousing: Utilize Databricks and Snowflake for big data processing and enterprise warehousing.
• Automation & IaC: Implement workflow orchestration using Apache Airflow and manage infrastructure as code via Terraform.
• Performance Tuning: Optimize data storage, retrieval, and system performance across data warehouse platforms.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure data quality and security using tools like Unity Catalog or Hive Metastore.

Technical Requirements:

• Experience: 8+ years of core Data Engineering experience in large-scale enterprise or consulting environments.
• Languages: Expert proficiency in SQL and Python for complex data processing.
• Big Data: Hands-on experience with PySpark and large-scale distributed computing.
• Architecture: Strong understanding of ETL frameworks, data pipeline architecture, and data warehousing best practices.
• Cloud Platforms: Deep working knowledge of AWS and Azure.
• Modern Tooling: Proven experience with Databricks, Snowflake, and Apache Airflow.
• Infrastructure: Experience with Terraform or similar IaC tools for scalable deployments.
• AI Competency: Proficiency in using AI IDEs (Cursor/Windsurf) and integrating AI/ML models into production data flows.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to data governance and cataloging tools (e.g., Unity Catalog).
• Knowledge of performance tuning for massive-scale big data systems.
• Familiarity with real-time data processing frameworks.
• Experience in digital transformation and sustainability-focused data projects.

• Candidate Must be well versed with latest SDK versions, XCode, Objective C, Swift, UIKit, Cocoa etc.
• Expertise in integrating web services (XML/ JSon etc.) with iPhone applications.
• An experience in using Maps API, GPS services for iPhone/ iOS apps is required.
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
• Working knowledge of the general mobile orientation, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
• Experience working with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics and Core Text, Core Location.
• To take care of build and release process (Adhoc releases, Final release).
• Should have worked on cocoa touch, story board, core data, auto layout.
• Hands-on experience in Cloud APIs, push notifications, social media integration, and integration of analytics is an added advantage.
• Must have good analytical, debugging, App publishing and problem solving skills.
• Self-starter having the ability to independently acquire the knowledge required in succeeding his job.

• Develop and manage the outreach strategy across various segments of corporate users i.e., MNCs, start-ups, investors. Develop targeted value propositions for various segments of corporate users

• Conduct regular analysis of platform usage by companies to determine key issues / insights and suggest actions. Weekly follow-ups with key clients and developing client relationships 

• Independently, pitch the concept, manage follow-up, and ensure leads’ questions are answered

• Support design of key strategic initiatives through analytics and primary research and curation of the company side of the platform

• Envision and execute strategic partnerships e.g., industry associations, universities

• Managing own and team’s BD pipeline - tracking communications, success rates, etc.
