About the role :
This position will help drive the customer retention strategic and tactical roadmap as a core member of the product management team. It heavily relies on data and detailed analysis to provide different customers and customer types the best and most valuable parts of our service at the right points in their lifetime.
Working as a product manager at HighLevel you are responsible to:
- Work on creative ideas on how to build and improve our products
- Brainstorm with designers to build prototypes
- Research and write specifications for product projects
- Communicate the requirements to developers and work with them to build amazing features
- Lead a Product Team consisting of yourself, an Engineering Team Lead, some Engineers, QA, Designers etc.

OBJECTIVE :
- The Product Development team within PayMate works with business to establish the overall strategy and priorities for the products and platforms. Based on the business strategy and overall priorities, the Product Development team creates product plan, including high level business requirements, solution designs, benefits definition and aligns with overall go to market rollout plan.
- We are looking to hire Product Managers with Payments background and Supply Chain Finance experience. You will engage existing and potential customers directly, and decide the future of the product based upon a strong understanding of the customer requirements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Build a scalable Payments Automation System

- Work with our processing partners to ensure the card processor's platform has features that are needed for the specific markets in question and where there are gaps to draft up the solution in conjunction with our partners and have that delivered in a timely manner
- This role would require the person to work across geographies, time zones, cultures and competencies as well as internal teams who might not be very familiar with global payments & its intricacies
- Be willing to get your hands dirty - from writing feature stories, drawing swim lane diagrams to running sprint meetings, you will do it all
- You would be required to articulate & justify your vision & strategy behind you roadmap to domain experts & leaders again & again in a crowded & evolving payment stage
- Dealing with engineers & architects to design new flows, adapt systems to new market innovations while maintaining integrity & scalability of the platform is vital
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE :
- 5-7 years of experience in product management with 3 or more years in Payments background
- Strong customer centricity

- Familiarity in agile development framework will be preferable.

Currently over 8m users use OneScore to check and understand their credit score. We want to enable over 50m users in the next 2 years to access, understand and improve their credit score.
Looking for a Product Head who will have full ownership for multiple areas of the product, including product roadmap and release planning. Responsibilities include listening to customers, creating business requirements, defining user stories, building prototypes, collaborating with the engineering team for product development, and ensuring the launch and adoption of these solutions. - Own the strategy and roadmap for designated product areas. Be an advocate for the customer and keep a close eye on the competition and industry to build the roadmap in alignment with the long-term product vision.
