The ideal candidate should be:
• Data literate and a technology enthusiast: you should have an active interest in staying
up-to-date on the latest technology trends and what this might mean for business use
• An agile thinker - with the ability to think both clearly and quickly
• A skilled verbal and visual communicator - you should enjoy writing strategic decks and
presenting them
• Tuned in to the creative process and a champion of creative ideas, making sure they are on brand and deliverable in the client context
• A positive relationship-builder with internal stakeholders and clients and be confident about leading conversations and making things happen
• Experienced in working on global or pan-market brands with a strong interest and the desire to immerse yourself strategically in other cultures.
• Confident discussing business issues and understanding of commercial imperatives
• Hands-on in delivery when needed, but also able to brief and lead a project team
• An expert in common platforms such as Wordpress, Webflow, Figma, AEM, Wix, and able to advise clients on the pros/cons of these.
• Proactively engaging with emerging technologies, including AI, and the role they may play in brand experience.
• Have a technical understanding of brand experience extending beyond website and into other channels.
Hands-on approach and the following activities will be a reality of the role:
• Research and audit existing client digital platforms/ecosystems in terms of UX/UI, and compare to competitors/peers
• Collect and interpret data from platforms like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and social media listening tools (e.g. Meltwater) to inform strategic decision-making
• Stakeholder engagement: interviews and discovery workshops with diverse teams of client stakeholders (including C-suite)
• Content analysis and content strategy/recommendations
• Presentation of insights, opportunities and recommendations, translating sometimes complex data into actionable insights that can guide clients on how to optimize their digital presence and marketing efforts
• Development of digital strategy including information architecture, user journey mapping and content strategy
• Development of digital experience and communication strategies that may include messaging, content, social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid media
• Research into emerging trends in data science and analytics, remaining up-to-speed with the latest tools and methodologies
• Collaboration with our design team to ensure digital brand strategies are delivered to a high quality across all channels and platforms
• Creation of measurement frameworks and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of digital brand / website strategies and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
• Experimentation into emerging technologies to take the lead on developing new products around these to solve client challenges or improve existing services/products
