About the Role

75WAY Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager (PPC) to drive lead generation and digital growth for our in-house IT services website. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns for an IT software development company, with a strong focus on generating high-quality B2B leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Manage performance marketing campaigns for the company's in-house website to generate qualified IT service leads.
• Develop strategies to increase website traffic, lead conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting for IT services.
• Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing of ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
• Monitor and improve key metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPA, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
• Collaborate with the SEO, Content, Design, and Development teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Create and manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize campaign performance.
• Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices.

Job Title: QA Engineer – Manual Testing

Experience: 3 – 5 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, and sanity testing.
• Test AI/ML applications, including chatbot workflows, LLM-based features, recommendation engines, and intelligent automation systems.
• Validate AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, consistency, and edge-case handling.
• Test REST APIs using tools like Postman or Swagger.
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects using bug-tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers, AI engineers, business analysts, and product managers to understand requirements and validate implementations.
• Conduct cross-browser, cross-platform, and responsive testing for web and mobile applications.
• Verify application performance from a functional perspective and ensure seamless user experience.
• Participate in sprint planning, requirement reviews, and release validation.
• Prepare detailed test reports and maintain testing documentation.
• Suggest improvements to QA processes and testing methodologies for AI-driven applications.
