We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM)/ Sales Head to manage the complete sales cycle from qualified lead to deal closure. The ideal candidate should have experience selling IT services and software development solutions, with strong consultative selling, client relationship management, and negotiation skills.
Note: Leads will be provided by our Marketing and LinkedIn Outreach teams. This is a lead conversion role focused on maximizing revenue through effective sales execution.
- Handle qualified leads generated by the Marketing and LinkedIn teams.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT service solutions.
- Conduct discovery calls, client meetings, product/service presentations, and demos.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial documents.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead qualification to contract closure.
- Negotiate pricing, timelines, and commercial terms with prospective clients.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure accurate solution proposals.
- Maintain and update CRM with lead status, sales activities, and pipeline.
- Achieve monthly or quarterly revenue and conversion targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Ensure a smooth handover of projects to the delivery team after deal closure.

75WAY Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager (PPC) to drive lead generation and digital growth for our in-house IT services website. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns for an IT software development company, with a strong focus on generating high-quality B2B leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Manage performance marketing campaigns for the company's in-house website to generate qualified IT service leads.
- Develop strategies to increase website traffic, lead conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting for IT services.
- Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing of ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Monitor and improve key metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPA, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
- Collaborate with the SEO, Content, Design, and Development teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Create and manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize campaign performance.
- Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices.
