We want to keep our customers for life. To do that, customer success is probably going to be our most important function and we want to treat it like that. We are a bunch of BITS Pilani graduates that started BiteSpeed out of our dorm rooms. When we started we hardly knew much about running a company, in fact most of us hadn’t written a line of code in our lives.
