What you’ll be doing

You’ll be working with product managers and clients to identify, document, evaluate product requirements and roadmaps, and define measures of success. Understand customer and business needs and develop relevant documentation. Managing business requirements through design, develop, testing, and delivery phases to ensure business needs are met.

You will be responsible for all aspects of the product – from writing requirements, maintaining prioritized backlogs, analyzing product performance for improvement opportunities and working with the design and engineering teams during execution. You will make data driven decisions and gather the data you need to prove/disprove your hypothesis. You own every aspect of the product, and obsessively track usage to drive constant evolution. And, most importantly, you’ll be making a pledge that you’ll never stop learning!

Skills you need in order to succeed in this role

• Sense of Ownership: Do whatever it takes to meet development timelines
• Ability to understand complex business environments and interdependent relationships for business requirements
• Experience working in Agile and Extreme Programming methodologies in a continuous deployment environment
• Excellent communication skills: You will be communicating with our clients’ teams during the integration/deployment phase and business teams. Strong consultative, listening and analytical skills are a must
• Exceptional presentation skills to clearly and concisely report on product status/performance to management and client stakeholders
• Attention to detail and clarity of thought to be able to create product documentation and assist in the sales and pre-sales process
• Solid product mindset to be able to coordinate between different functional teams that build, manage and support the product 
• Solid understanding of software engineering concepts: While you won’t be leading the development team directly, you should have a solid grasp of how any technology product is built, to be able to drive strategy
• Exceptional problem solving and data analysis skills. Highly organized with the ability to meet internal and external deadlines
• Strong Excel and SQL: You must be extremely comfortable handling large chunks of disparate data sets and dive into the data yourself to derive meaningful insights out of those
• Knowledge of customer experience and user experience design principles would be a plus

ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with mastery of Figma and a strong sense for creating user-centered experiences. While your primary focus will be design, you should also be curious about how your work comes alive in code. Whether through direct implementation in React/Next.js or by experimenting with emerging AI-assisted design-to-code tools, you will help ensure our product vision translates seamlessly into reality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems and reusable component libraries
• Collaborate closely with engineers to balance design vision with technical feasibility
• Where possible, implement or refine designs in code (React/Next.js) or work with AI-assisted workflows to accelerate that process
• Iterate quickly based on user feedback, usability tests, and product metrics
• Stay current with design trends, front-end practices, and emerging AI design tools

REQUIREMENTS

• 1–3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer (startup or product experience preferred)
• A portfolio that demonstrates modern, user-focused design and end-to-end problem solving
• Comfort collaborating with frontend engineers and openness to working with code (React/Next.js, CSS frameworks) even if not your daily focus
• Strong grasp of typography, color, accessibility, and responsive design
• Clear communicator who thrives in collaborative, fast-moving environments

PREFERRED

• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or Chakra UI
• Experience in UX research, usability testing, or design validation
• Exposure to complex product design such as dashboards or enterprise apps
• Basic experience with Git and version control

Key Skills required

1. Understanding of the entire Mobile Application Development lifecycle

2. Solid experience of 2 years + in building Native Swift based iOS applications

3. Excellent knowledge of iOS specific user interfaces, user experiences and guidelines

4. Working experience with MVC and MVVM architectures

5. In depth knowledge of iOS specific user experiences and human interface guidelines

6. In depth experience in implementing user interfaces for iOS - Auto Layout

7. Hands on experience working with API integration within iOS applications

The DevOps Engineer will execute the tools and processes to enable DevOps.

Engage in and improve the whole lifecycle of services from inception and design through deployment, operation, and refinement to efficiently deliver high-quality solutions. The candidate should bridge the gap between Development and Operational teams, working with the development teams to meet acceptance criteria and gather and document the requirements. Candidates should be able to work in fast-paced,
multi-disciplinary environments.
