Job Overview:
As an HR Recruiter at Bikefixup, you will play a key role in finding and hiring top talent to help our company grow. You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, and managing payroll for employees. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in recruiting, payroll management, and a passion for building a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens, evaluate resumes, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Job Postings: Draft and post clear and engaging job descriptions across multiple platforms.
- Networking: Build relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and educational institutions to create a talent pipeline.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
- Payroll Management: Oversee and manage employee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
- Offer and Onboarding: Prepare offer letters, negotiate terms, and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to enhancing Bikefixup’s employer brand by promoting company culture and values.
- Recruitment Metrics: Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to HR management on hiring progress and success rates.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment and payroll activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency).
- Experience in payroll management and HR systems.
- Familiarity with various recruiting platforms and sourcing techniques.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws, payroll regulations, and HR best practices.
- Passion for the two-wheeler industry and Bikefixup’s mission is a plus.

Job Summary:
BikeFixup is looking for an ambitious and results-driven Franchise Sales Manager to lead the expansion of our franchise network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding potential franchisees, ensuring sustainable growth for BikeFixup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Franchise Development: Identify and approach potential franchise partners to expand BikeFixup’s network.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Develop and execute strategies to generate leads, nurture relationships, and convert prospects into franchise owners.

- Commercial Discussion: Conduct financial and business negotiations to finalize franchise deals.
- Site Selection: Assist franchisees in selecting suitable locations for business setup.
- Business Outfit: Ensure franchisees adhere to branding and operational guidelines for a consistent business image.
- Traveling is a Must: Willingness to travel extensively for franchise meetings and business expansion.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or a related field (automobile service industry preferred).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication, and relationship management abilities.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of franchise models, business expansion, and the two-wheeler service industry is a plus.
- Travel: Willingness to travel for franchise meetings and business expansion.
