Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sr.UI/UX designer who will be responsible for the design and implementation of all the experiences a user has when interacting with a digital tool, such as Websites and Mobile applications. The UI/UX designer will work closely with our marketing team and designers to ensure seamless web/mobile design and the successful implementation of UI/UX best practices and principles across all our digital platforms.
Roles and Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Understand product specifications and user psychology.
- Exceptional in conceptualizing human-centric Information Architecture and User Flows.
- Creating wireframes and storyboards of website and mobile applications around user needs.
- Creating user experience documentation for the features of the product.
- Understanding the requirements and creating web and mobile application designs.
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites and mobile applications function and look like.
- Find creative ways to solve UX problems.
- Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience and meet business goals.
- Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
- Collaborating with Marketing, Content, and Engineering teams on the creation, user experiences, and products.

Required Skills:
- You have prior experience of 3+ years as a UI/UX Designer as well as a strong portfolio of related projects.

- Deep understanding of UX principles, Usability techniques, and UI patterns.

We are looking for a QA Analyst to assess product quality through manual and automated testing. You will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches.
In this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. You must be competent in executing test cases and passionate about quality. Ultimately, you will ensure that our products and applications work seamlessly and give a great user experience.
Duties And Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Review and analyze product specifications.
- Participate in walkthroughs of testing procedures.
- Prepare all reports related to the product testing carried out.
- Ensure that all testing-related work is carried out as per the defined standards and policies.
- Should have good knowledge of JIRA and be aware of mobile app testing.
- Carry out manual tests to ensure the software created meets the requirements.
- Execute test cases (manual and automated) and analyze results.
- Create logs to document testing phases and defects.
- Report bugs and errors to the development teams or the relevant teams.
- To create test case documentation, defect reports, a traceability matrix, and a retrospective document.
- Should be able to work in an agile environment.
- Should know about functional testing, and basic knowledge of automation testing is an advantage.
- Eventually, to help deliver bug-free, user-friendly products.
- Ensure that the existing projects are running smoothly by regularly checking them through automation testing.

About the Role
We are looking for a UA & Growth Manager to lead the end-to-end user growth strategy for our suite of mobile gaming products. This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving for scale, and can work autonomously to figure things out when clear answers don’t exist.
You’ll be responsible for driving user acquisition, retention, and monetization while collaborating closely with product, analytics, and creative teams. You’ll take ownership of campaign performance, creative strategy, and data-driven experimentation across the funnel.
Roles and Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Unity Ads, and more.
- Leverage mobile measurement platforms (AppsFlyer, Firebase) for attribution, cohort analysis, and ROAS/CPI tracking.
- Run A/B tests on creatives, audience targeting, and placements to lower acquisition costs and improve quality installs.
- Own ASO strategy including keyword optimization, app store asset creation, and conversion A/B testing.
- Develop and manage lifecycle marketing strategies (push notifications, in-app messaging, email) to boost Day 1/7/30 retention.
- Partner with game product managers to roll out event-based re-engagement campaigns and player journeys.
- Analyze monetization behavior to improve LTV, IAP, and ad revenue through segmentation and funnel optimization.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to monitor growth KPIs and translate player behavior data into actionable insights.
- Create clear briefs and work closely with creative teams to produce engaging ad formats (static, video, playable).
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new game launches and major updates in coordination with product and design teams.
- Manage budgets efficiently, monitor ROI, forecast campaign performance, and reallocate spend based on results.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of experience in growth/performance marketing for mobile games (casual or hyper-casual).
- Proven ability to scale UA campaigns while maintaining strong ROAS.
- Expertise in AppsFlyer, Firebase, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager.
- Strong grasp of mobile attribution, cohort analysis, funnel metrics, and campaign optimization.
- Experience with ASO, including keyword strategy and app store A/B testing.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Looker, or similar data tools.
- Excellent communication and creative briefing skills.
- Exposure to IAP and ad monetization strategies and working with game economy teams.
- A curious problem-solver with a strong interest in mobile gaming trends and player psychology.
- Comfortable working independently and figuring things out in an early-stage, fast-moving environment.`
