Customer Success Manager (Vietnamese speaking)

We are looking for a senior product design lead who can not only get hands on with business, analytics, UX and visual, but comes with great client handling, communication, team management and leadership skills.

Energetic, self-motivated, driven and ready to take on key responsibilities on the product and the business side.

Not a relaxed job. Will be hectic and would need someone who constantly has his/her eye on the ball.

Job includes directing a product, leading a design team and also owning parts of the UX design. Major role in visual design both on the product side and on the marketing and brand front.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for Zoho products and implementation services.
• Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and partner networks.
• Conduct product demos, client consultations, and needs assessments to identify the right Zoho solutions for each client.
• Collaborate with the implementation team to create proposals, pricing plans, and customized packages.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Follow up diligently on leads, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure timely closure of deals.
• Stay up to date with Zoho product updates, new releases, and implementation capabilities.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights for management.

Requirements

• Proven track record in B2B SaaS or software sales (Zoho experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented — willing to “do what it takes” to close deals.
• Ability to understand client pain points and map them to Zoho solutions.
• Comfortable using CRM systems (Zoho CRM experience is a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Qualifications:

Must-Have:

• Experience: 2–5 years of professional software development experience in [specify languages/tools, e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.].
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in [programming languages/frameworks/tools].
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

3. Proven experience in integrating blockchain technology into web applications, with a deep understanding of blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps).
4. Proficiency in multisignature, multiparty computation and 3rd party Node provider integration
5. Experience with public blockchain platforms such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.

Job Summary

We are looking for a great JavaScript developer who is proficient with React.js and React Native. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure.
