Position Overview:
This is a start-up-style customer success/service role where responsibilities may shift as we adapt to what works best for our learners. The Learner Success Manager will play a key role in supporting learners through live classes, 1:1 support, small group orientation sessions, and ongoing communication through Slack, phone calls, email, or video meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct live classes and facilitate workshops through platform/technical support, time management, and learner check-ins through multiple communication outlets (individual and small group).
- Offer empathetic and motivational support in both live sessions and support tickets.
- Provide at least 20–25 hours of direct live learner interaction weekly. This would include, but not be limited to, hosting live classes, 1:1 interactions, check-ins, escalations, and live troubleshooting support.
- Adapt to evolving responsibilities as we refine what drives learner success.
- Facilitate onboarding, orientation, communication timelines, and guidance through learning resources.
- Track learner progress and report feedback.
- Help build a learner community and engagement through group sessions and events, as well as community channels, while adapting to the company/team's standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve learner experience based on feedback.

Requirements
