Job Summary:

As a Product Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing support of SmartWinnr for our global clientele. You will engage with customers throughout the pilot, implementation, and post-implementation phases, providing exceptional support and consulting to meet their needs. This role requires handling tasks independently, a commitment to working night shifts, and leveraging your experience to contribute to customer satisfaction and success.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Interact with SmartWinnr customers across various stages including pilot, implementation, and post-implementation to ensure seamless integration and satisfaction.
• Query Resolution: Address and resolve customer queries with a consultative approach, providing tailored solutions and guidance.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest updates, changes, and releases in SmartWinnr to offer accurate and current information to customers.
• Opportunity Identification: Assist in identifying and leveraging cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing customer accounts to drive growth.
• Independent Handling: Manage and execute tasks independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
• Night Shift: Be available to work night shifts to accommodate global customer needs and ensure timely support across different time zones.

Requirements:

• Education: BA, BCA, B.com, B.Tech or related fields.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record in customer support or technical support.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly convey complex information.
• Technical Proficiency: Ability to learn and effectively use software systems like SmartWinnr. Proficiency with Gmail and Microsoft products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Self-Motivation: Results-driven, self-starter with strong motivation, persistence, and a proactive attitude.
• Customer Focus: A passion for helping others, delivering exceptional support, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to the needs of a global customer base.

The product support intern will engage with our existing and new customers to ensure the successful implementation of SmartWinnr. You will have the chance to interact with customers globally and gain valuable exposure to various regions, including the USA, UK, Europe, Japan, China, Singapore, and India. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Interact with SmartWinnr customers during the pilot, implementation, and post-implementation phases. 
• Address all customer queries and act as a consultative partner. 
• Stay updated with the latest changes and releases in SmartWinnr. 
• Assist in identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing customer accounts. 

Requirements: 

• Minimum qualification: MCA, BCA, MTECH, BTech in IT, CS, or related branches. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. 
• Ability to learn and use software systems like SmartWinnr effectively. 
• Proficiency with Gmail and Microsoft products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). 
• Results-driven, self-starter with strong motivation and persistence. 
• A passion for helping others and providing exceptional support.
