Role Overview:

The Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our company's digital marketing strategy. This role is crucial in increasing our online presence, engaging with our target audience, and driving lead generation and conversion through various digital channels.

What be you’ll doing?

Develop, plan, and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies encompassing SEO, pay-per-click (PPC), social media, display advertising, and both inbound and outbound marketing campaigns.

• Craft and manage PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter, including account-based marketing (ABM) platforms, ensuring effective targeting to meet organizational objectives.
• Optimize the company's social media accounts by implementing targeted strategies to enhance engagement and follower growth. Develop content calendars and create compelling content that resonates with the audience.
• Oversee the development, syndication, and distribution of content, as well as link-building strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement within the logistics and freight forwarding sectors.
• Conduct detailed SEO site audits and generate reports focusing on technical, content, and off-site factors to ensure compliance with best practices.
• Analyze web analytics data and translate findings into actionable strategies to optimize campaign performance and achieve business goals.
• Build and optimize robust B2B campaigns on platforms like Google, Bing, and Yahoo, generating interest in offerings within niche markets and industries.

• Drive the implementation of new technologies and architect frontend solutions to ensure scalability and maintainability.

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Software Tester to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. As a Software Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of Shipthis' ERP software by designing and executing tests, identifying and documenting bugs, and verifying fixes. You will work closely with our developers and project managers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software. 

What You'll Be Doing 

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans for Shipthis' ERP software, including unit tests and end-to-end tests  
• Identify, document, and track defects found during testing and verify fixes  
• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard testing tools. Ensure efficient and effective test coverage for both new features and regression testing. 
• Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and improve the quality of software 
• Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of software  
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance the testing process and increase efficiency  
• Keep up to date with emerging trends and technologies in software testing 

Requirements: 

• Proficiency in JavaScript and experience writing unit tests and end-to-end tests using modern JavaScript testing frameworks 
• Experienced in automated testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cypress or similar. 
• Documentation of test cases and regular update of Test Scripts and Test Data 
• Knowledge of Angular and Python is required 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Attention to detail and ability to identify and track issues effectively to closure 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
