Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled GxP Manual Functional Tester with strong experience in manual testing within GxP-compliant environments.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the software testing lifecycle and hands-on experience in Functional, FIT, and UAT testing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business, development, and regulatory stakeholders, in an Agile setup.

Mandatory Skills : Manual Testing, GxP Compliance, STLC, FIT & UAT Test Design, Agile Testing, Jira, Defect Management, and Test Documentation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform manual testing in GxP-regulated environments ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Design and execute Functional Integration Testing (FIT) test cases.
• Prepare and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test scenarios.
• Participate in Agile incremental testing cycles.
• Track, report, and manage defects using Jira or similar test management tools.
• Collaborate with development, QA, regulatory, and business teams to ensure effective communication and accurate documentation.
• Maintain detailed testing documentation and contribute to continuous test process improvements.

Required Skills :

• Minimum 4+ Years of experience in manual testing in GxP-compliant environments.
• Strong knowledge of STLC, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in FIT test case design and execution.
• Expertise in UAT test design and coordination.
• Experience with test management tools such as Jira.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Strong defect management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Partner with the business on key HR programs and initiatives, including onboarding, offboarding, HR systems, data analysis, leave management, and employee engagement.

Provide HR support for all onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation related to employees.

Maintain strong attention to detail with data, and seek ways to continuously improve and automate practices, processes, and systems.

Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, while remaining calm and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently.

Strategize, initiate, and lead all employee engagement and diversity-related activities on the ground.

Serve as the first point of contact for all employees, addressing queries related to payroll, benefits, leave, and other concerns.

Review and analyze business metrics and documentation, including data on employee benefits, salary structures, and payroll practices, and recommend improvements.

Coordinate with Global people team to provide support, guidance and resolve their queries.

Focus on employee engagement and surveys, maintaining data, analyzing results and gaps, and suggesting improvements.

Act as a change agent in managing organizational change smoothly.

Responsibilities : 

• Conduct product demonstrations at hospitals to showcase the capabilities and benefits of the device. 
• Product installation and provide troubleshooting support for devices. 
• Perform site assessments and communicate device requirements to the remote team. 
• Train healthcare professionals, including nurses and doctors, as well as patients, on the use of the Dozee device and the patient monitoring dashboard. 
• Coordinate with the remote team, providing detailed updates on activities conducted during site visits.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Assist in ad hoc operational task, as required

Desired Experience:

• Graduation /Diploma ( Science / ITI preferred) 
• 0-2 years of field operations/ field sales experience from healthcare or hospital industry.
• Open to travel within the city . 
• Open to working inside hospital wards and work in night shifts- occasionally as required,
• Good communication skills and fluency in local languages
• Prior experience of working with nurses/doctors is preferred
