About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and methodical Manual QA Tester with strong analytical skills and a passion for ensuring high-quality software. You will be responsible for understanding requirements, planning test coverage, identifying defects, and ensuring a seamless user experience across web and API interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases based on functional requirements and specifications
• Perform manual testing of web-based applications, APIs, and mobile apps (if applicable)
• Identify, record, and track bugs using JIRA or similar tools
• Work closely with developers and product teams to understand features and resolve issues
• Maintain clear and concise documentation of test results, reports, and testing processes
• Validate bug fixes, regression cases, and perform smoke testing
• Perform cross-browser and device compatibility testing
• Analyze and debug issues using logs, browser developer tools, and relevant tools

Mandatory Tools & Skills

• Postman – for API testing
• Chrome Developer Tools – for UI inspection, console & network analysis
• JIRA – for defect tracking and test management
• Log Analysis – basic familiarity with reading and debugging logs
• Strong command of test case writing, reporting, and scenario-based testing

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with tools like TestRail, Zephyr, or Confluence
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology
• Understanding of database queries (basic SQL)
• Experience testing responsive designs and mobile UIs

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for the implementation and support for Safetrax tool for large corporates and fleet partners 
• Act as single point contact for all client queries. 
• Serve as a primary point-of-contact for Client satisfaction and act as the liaison between the clients, sales and other functional groups. 
• Managing the entire show of Account Management and supporting clients.
• Owning the long term as well as the short-term growth strategy of the account(s).
• Participate in internal planning activities to develop schedules and align resources for projects and support activities. 
• Showcasing a consulting mindset by acting as a solution provider rather than an order taker. 
• Find opportunities to bring in automation/orchestration in order to enhance client service experience. 
• Respond to queries from potential and existing customers, communicate Safetrax's value proposition and negotiate deals successfully. 
• Understand client needs and address within defined TAT 

Knowledge & Experience: 

• Bachelor's degree and demonstrated prior Account/Service Management experience.
• Information Technology experience 
• Strong written and oral communication skills. 
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint ) 
• Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and processes and an understanding of how to apply these in a customer facing environment 
• Understand technical risks and supportability parameters 
• Strong decision-making skills. 
• The ability to analyse, think innovatively, adapt and drive new best practices.
• The ability to farm the account through relationship management.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Design, Create and maintain on premise and cloud based data integration pipelines. 
- Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional/non functional business requirements.
- Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.
- Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources.
- Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into key business performance metrics.
- Work with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Data and Design teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs.
- Create data pipelines to enable BI, Analytics and Data Science teams that assist them in building and optimizing their systems
- Assists in the onboarding, training and development of team members.
- Reviews code changes and pull requests for standardization and best practices
- Evolve existing development to be automated, scalable, resilient, self-serve platforms
- Assist the team in the design and requirements gathering for technical and non technical work to drive the direction of projects

Technical & Business Expertise:

-Hands on integration experience in SSIS/Mulesoft
- Hands on experience Azure Synapse
- Proven advanced level of writing database experience in SQL Server
- Proven advanced level of understanding about Data Lake
- Proven intermediate level of writing Python or similar programming language
- Intermediate understanding of Cloud Platforms (GCP) 
- Intermediate understanding of Data Warehousing
- Advanced Understanding of Source Control (Github)

• Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
• Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.

• Develop, record and maintain cutting edge web-based Laravel E-commerce and Marketplace websites and maintaining the back-end of mobile applications
• Familiarity using Bagisto, Open Cart or any other PHP e-commerce packages.
• Build innovative, state-of-the-art applications and collaborate with the App Development team
• Ensure HTML, CSS, and shared JavaScript is valid and consistent across applications
• Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools
• Utilize back-end data services and contribute to increase existing data services API
• Lead the entire web application development life cycle right from concept stage to delivery and post launch support
• Convey effectively with all task progress, evaluations, suggestions, schedules along with technical and process issues
• Document the development process, architecture, and standard components
• Coordinate with co-developers and keeps project manager well informed of the status of development effort and serves as liaison between development staff and project manager
• Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in web development Laravel developer requirements and qualifications
• Previous working experience as a Laravel developer for minimum 2 years
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or similar relevant field
• In depth knowledge of object-oriented PHP and latest version Laravel PHP Framework
• Hands on experience with SQL schema design, SOLID principles, REST API design
• Software testing (PHPUnit, PHPSpec, Behat)
