Job Description

A Business Development Specialist is responsible for managing the sales process of logistics services, including coordinating shipments, communicating with clients and carriers, and ensuring timely delivery.

Responsibilities may include:

1. Managing customer inquiries and requests for freight quotes.

2. Coordinating with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.

3. Negotiating rates and contracts with carriers to optimize profitability.

4. Tracking shipments and providing updates to customers.

5. Resolving any issues or delays in the shipping process.

6. Generating sales leads and pursuing new business opportunities.

7. Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

8. Analyzing sales data and preparing reports for management.

9. Collaborating with other departments such as operations and finance to ensure smooth operations.

10. Staying updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance.

We're looking for a Front-end Developer who is able to develop interactive, user-friendly

interfaces which are AMAZING and AESTHETIC in design, appearance, architecture, and compatibility. You will work on a diverse set of unique and challenging projects that allow user to seamlessly interact with technology.

Work Details:

● Deliver best-in-class HTML5/CSS3 front-end code across a broad array of interactive

web and mobile projects

● Excellent eye for layout and ability to translate PSD files into pixel perfect HTML/CSS

code. SASS is a plus.

● Experience with modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks in any of them (React,

Angular or Vue)

● Proficiency working with RESTFUL APIs is a plus

● Intimate knowledge of cross-browser and cross-device development

● Ability to write high-performance, reusable code for UI components, including

appropriate testing

● Some experience in object-oriented programming.

● Strong problem solving, troubleshooting, & analysis skills.

● Familiarity with Linux/Unix environment

● Keen to learn, mentor and willingness to take ownership of work items

● Some experience with distributed version control systems, such as Git

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional

experience

● Experience working with agile teams and making rapid decisions in a dynamic and

disruptive environment

● 3+ years of relevant software development experience

You will identify and qualify leads, create and deliver persuasive sales presentations, and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key responsibilities:

1. - Identify and qualify potential customers through a variety of methods, including outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach
2. - Understand customer needs and provide solutions through the use of our recruitment software
3. - Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our software
4. - Negotiate and close deals with potential customers
5. - Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
6. - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitive products

Qualifications:

• - 1- 4 years of experience in a SaaS sales role
• - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• - Excellent communication and presentation skills
• - Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• - Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
• - Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus, but not required

• Execute new ways of attracting and hiring tech and product talent - PAN India across various technologies.
• Manage complete recruitment life cycle (Source > Screen > Interview > Hire)
• Conduct interview assessments combining various methods including technical assessments.
• Building a healthy talent pipeline across the tech/ product domain.
• Deliver exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
• Collaborate with the HR team, delivering on key internal SLAs.
• Ability to conduct market intelligence in sourcing candidates, mapping, negotiating offers and decision-making.
• Manage vendor relationships.

Who you should be?
