Job Overview

We are seeking a professional, well-presented Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming front-desk experience while efficiently handling daily reception responsibilities and providing basic administrative support to the HR/Admin team.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests with professionalism and warmth
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries promptly and courteously
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
• Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars as required
• Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors and service providers
• Maintain records, files, and documents in an organized manner
• Coordinate couriers, deliveries, and incoming/outgoing mail
• Provide administrative support for meetings, interviews, and office activities
• Assist with day-to-day office operations and support other departments when needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Kannada proficiency is a plus)

Website Developer will be responsible for the coding, design, and layout of the website, encompassing its visual appearance and technical functionality. They will build websites and web applications according our client's or company's specifications, ensuring they are visually appealing, easy to navigate, and perform efficiently across all devices.

The primary duties of the Website Developer will include :

Design and Development :

- Writing clean, testable, and efficient code using programming languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Developing and maintaining websites and web applications.

- Creating responsive designs that ensure websites look and function correctly on various screen sizes (desktop, tablet, mobile).

Integration and Performance :

- Integrating data from various back-end services and databases.

- Optimizing websites for speed, scalability, and performance.

- Ensuring cross-browser compatibility and adherence to web standards.

Testing and Maintenance :

• Support the Authority in Open Defecation Free (ODF) and odour free with adequate toilet facilities.

• Support in financial sustainability, including cost optimisation and improving overall performance of the Client.

• Assist in sector-wise citing of toilets in Mela area.

• Drafting SOPs for installation, Operation and maintenance of multiple inventories of toilets like FRP (Fiber-Reinforced Plastic) toilets, Stainless Steel toilets, Kannath Toilets, Mobile Toilets, Tin toilets, Urinals etc. ensuring compliance to NGT guidelines.

• Capacity building of the Swacchagrahis (Sanitation Volunteers) through regular trainings and orientations for Clean, Open Defecation Free and odour free Mela.
