CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE (Non - Voice, WFH)

Partnership Strategy & Development

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential strategic partners aligned with business objectives
• Develop comprehensive partnership strategies and go-to-market plans
• Lead negotiation of partnership agreements, contracts, and terms
• Create business cases and ROI models for partnership investments
• Define partnership objectives, KPIs, and success metrics
• Conduct market research to identify partnership opportunities and industry trends

Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders at partner organizations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners
• Conduct regular business reviews and performance assessments with partners
• Resolve conflicts and address partnership challenges proactively
• Foster collaboration across partner ecosystems
• Organize partner summits, workshops, and engagement events

Business Growth & Execution

• Drive revenue growth through partner channels and joint initiatives
• Develop co-selling and co-marketing strategies with partners
• Collaborate with sales teams to enable partner-led opportunities
• Create joint value propositions and solution offerings
• Monitor pipeline development and deal progression through partner channels
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the partner ecosystem

Program Management

• Design and implement partner onboarding and enablement programs
• Develop partner training materials, playbooks, and resources
• Establish partner tiers, benefits, and incentive structures
• Create and manage partner portals and collaboration platforms
• Track and report on partnership performance metrics and KPIs
• Ensure compliance with partnership agreements and SLAs

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Legal teams to align partnership initiatives
• Coordinate with marketing on co-branded campaigns and joint events
• Collaborate with product teams on integration roadmaps and technical requirements
• Partner with legal to structure agreements and manage contract terms
• Engage finance teams on revenue forecasting and deal structuring
• Provide partner insights to inform product and business strategy

Ideal Candidate

Minimum 8+ years of progressive creative design experience or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work experience as a Product Designer or similar role

Experience in industrial design

Creativity in mixing up colors, shapes and techniques

Hands-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD) tools

Good knowledge of 3D modeling software

Experience with design programs (like Illustrator and Sketch)

Time-management skills

Adaptability

BSc / MSc in Product Design, Manufacturing Design Engineering or relevant field

• Responding to escalated customer issues from L1 Customer Support Specialists.
• Excellent communication skills, especially related to relaying information between technical and non-technical parties
• Working closely with support and Level 3 teams.
• Building a deep technical knowledge of our product capabilities for both the front and back end.
• Escalating issues when required according to defined escalation paths.
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism with internal teams and customers and working to establish a positive rapport.
• Participation in standard product management processes (grooming sessions, stand-ups, etc. ) related to the resolution of customer-facing issues
• Work continuously to document product and technical knowledge.
• Responsible for driving L2 and L3 cases to closure meeting "case to closure" and "customer satisfaction" deliverables

DevOps Engineer, Plum & Empuls 

As DevOps Engineer, you are responsible to setup and maintain GIT repository, DevOps tools like Jenkins, UCD, Docker, Kubernetes, Jfrog Artifactory, Cloud monitoring tools, Cloud security.

Key Responsibilities

• Setup, configure, and maintain GIT repos, Jenkins, UCD, etc. for multi hosting cloud environments.
• Architect and maintain the server infrastructure in AWS. Build highly resilient infrastructure following industry best practices.
• Working on Docker images and maintaining Kubernetes clusters.
• Develop and maintain the automation scripts using Ansible or other available tools.
• Maintain and monitor cloud Kubernetes Clusters and patching when necessary.
• Working on Cloud security tools to keep applications secured.
• Participate in software development lifecycle, specifically infra design, execution, and debugging required to achieve successful implementation of integrated solutions within the portfolio.
• Required Technical and Professional Expertise.
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in IT industry.
• Expertise in implementing and managing Devops CI/CD pipeline.
• Experience in DevOps automation tools. And Very well versed with DevOps Frameworks, Agile.
• Working knowledge of scripting using shell, Python, Terraform, Ansible or puppet or chef.
• Experience and good understanding in any of Cloud like AWS, Azure, Google cloud.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is required.
• Proficient in troubleshooting skills with proven abilities in resolving complex technical issues.
• Experience with working with ticketing tools.
• Middleware technologies knowledge or database knowledge is desirable.
• Experience and well versed with Jira tool is a plus.

Responsible for test case specification, automation and data generation for the various products.

- Develop test automation framework components and test cases using best object oriented programming practices

- Design and implement functional, performance, scalability, stability, and stress tests- Analyze results, identify functional and performance issues and write clear and detailed bug reports

- Work in an agile, rapid development and prototyping environment where effective communication is paramount

Desired Skills and Experience :

- 2-5 years of experience in writing test automation cases

- Knowledge of manual as well as automation testing

- Experience in front-end web application test automation (e.g. Selenium Web-driver)

- Experience in industry best practices in SW development processes: Unit testing, OO design, code reviews etc.

- Experience with either functional or performance testing and analysis

- Experience testing complex REST APIs

- Strong programming and SW design skills in Scala, Java, C# or other OO language
- Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions

- Excellent communication, collaboration, reporting, analytical and problem solving skills

Role and Responsibilities:

• As a backend developer, your primary focus will be the development of all server-side systems
• A basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well. You will test, secure and deploy your code
• Work experience on Node.js is a must along with a server-side framework like Express.js
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript
• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
• Experience and proficiency integrating with REST APIs
• Understanding of scalable computing systems, software architecture, data structures, and algorithms
• Experience in working with databases such as MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch, etc.
• AgileScrum development cycle understanding.

Skills Required:

• At least 2 years of experience developing backends using NodeJS should be well versed with its asynchronous nature & event loop, and know its quirks and workarounds.
• Good knowledge of MongoDB(Must) & any other MySQL Database.
• Good knowledge of Redis, its data types, and their use cases.
• Experience developing and deploying REST APIs.
• Knowledge and working experience in Cloud environment - AWS or Azure
