Role: IT Manager
Role Summary
The IT Manager will serve as the single point of accountability for digitizing Opteamix’s internal processes across HR, Recruitment, Finance, Administrative (travel, immigration, facilities), CRM, and IT Infrastructure. This role requires a strong mix of business analysis, technical expertise, and project management skills to lead Opteamix’s journey toward becoming a truly Digital and AI-First organization—efficient, competitive, and scalable.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Analysis & Process Re-engineering
- Partner with HR, Recruitment, Finance, Admin, and Sales leaders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional/technical specifications, process flows, BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
- Recommend process simplifications, automation, and system integration opportunities.
2. Technical Leadership & Solutioning
- Lead evaluation, design, and implementation of enterprise IT solutions (HRMS, CRM, PSA, Finance systems).
- Maintain a consistent technology ecosystem and ensure proper maintenance practices.
- Own programs for system implementation, integrations, data management, dashboards, and infrastructure security.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies (RPA, AI/ML, BI tools, etc.) and recommend innovative solutions.
- Ensure compliance with application security, access controls, vulnerability management, and data protection.
3. Project Management & Delivery
- Define and execute the Digital & AI-First Transformation roadmap.
- Manage end-to-end delivery: scope, timelines, resources, risks, compliance, and stakeholder updates.
- Monitor KPIs such as system adoption, efficiency gains, reporting turnaround, and cost savings.
- Drive change management and training programs to ensure adoption across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, audits, and security standards.
4. HR & Recruitment Systems
- Oversee HRMS deployment covering HR lifecycle, PMS, Resource Allocation, L&D, Operations, Payroll, Attendance, Recruitment, etc.
- Standardize reporting and dashboards for HR and recruitment processes.
5. Finance & Reporting Systems
- Develop real-time dashboards for P&L, GP per person, utilization, and payroll variance.
- Enable self-service BI for finance and leadership.
- Ensure seamless and automated data flow between HRMS, PSA, and finance systems.
6. Administrative Systems
- Digitize workflows for travel, immigration, and facilities requests.
- Automate approvals, compliance checks, and expense reporting.
7. Sales & Marketing Systems
- Oversee CRM adoption (Freshworks or equivalent) for opportunity pipeline, win/loss tracking, and client data.
- Integrate CRM insights with resource allocation and finance dashboards.
- Manage marketing technology stack—website, automation platforms, analytics tools, and digital campaigns.
- Provide leadership with insights into the sales → staffing → profitability linkages.
8. IT Infrastructure Management
- Manage IT assets, networks, cloud services, and enterprise security.
- Oversee vendor management, SLAs, and IT support.
- Ensure infrastructure supports secure, reliable, and efficient remote/hybrid work.
- Track and optimize software license utilization, compliance, and renewals across enterprise applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, IS, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8+ years of industry experience in business analysis, technical solutioning, and project management.
- Hands-on exposure to HRMS, CRM, ERP, and PSA system implementations.
- Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and cloud-based systems.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, security, and compliance.
- Certifications in PMP, Agile, BA, or ITIL are highly desirable.
