• Participate in the entire product development lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging.
• Translate high level business problems into scalable solutions. These include building self learning modules for dynamic pricing, contextual recommendations, in-house analytics, advanced real-time backend systems, etc.
• Develop Web APIs and end-to-end web services to support various internal & external.
• Develop unit test plans to deliver quality components.
• Building reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Optimization of the software platform for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborating with the front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.
• Developing ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends.
• Perform UI tests to optimize performance.
• Provide training and support to internal teams.
• Follow emerging technologies.

• Expertise in PHP and Laravel or CodeIgnitor, MySQL or PostgreSQL, Nginx, LEMP setup
• Developing REST APIs & integrating 3rd party APIs (oAuth 2.0), Git
• Hands-on experience in application deployment on linux servers
• You can easily navigate volatile environment where you are constantly getting challenged to push your own boundaries to make sense of ambiguous and complex signals of uncertainty into simple winning outcomes.

What You Will Be Doing:

You are responsible for budgeting, planning and supervising all Marketing and CRM activities

Part of your duties will include more than assembling, leading and motivating your staff. Your dedication as their mentor is key.

Your well-thought-out strategy ensures an efficient customer experience during onboarding and conversion

Responsibility and strategic orientation for all CRM actions, aiming for a lasting increase in customer value

What You Bring To The Job:

After successfully graduating in Business Administration, Marketing or Business Informatics, resp. obtaining a comparable degree in a relevant field, you have logged at least 3-6 years of management experience in Marketing, preferably in a startup or eCommerce company

Online marketing is something you- re quite familiar with, but your focus is in offline-marketing

You wield an excellent record in developing marketing communication and advertisement media

Through your experience with classic B2B-sales, you know Call Centers/telemarketing like the back of your hand

Thanks to your outstanding analytic skills, you- re used to organize the marketing goals by using clearly measurable KPI. Your know-how about web-tracking and managing tags is a big plus for this field

You have experience in leading larger teams and come an open personality, a strong sense of responsibility, entrepreneurial thinking and negotiation power

Extraordinary conceptional skills, a creative mindset and a hands-on mentality are your strongest suits

Your readiness of mind, an independent and structured working method and a great sense of humor complete your profile
