As a Content Creator & Forum Manager, your main responsibility will be to write informative, engaging, and topic-relevant replies or posts on our management forums. You will also help maintain and grow the forum community by starting new discussions and responding to existing threads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write detailed replies or posts (minimum 500 words each) on ManagementPedia.com forums
• Ensure content is valuable, human-readable, and aligned with the topic
• Use AI tools (like ChatGPT) to assist content creation (if desired)
• Create and manage discussion threads
• Meet daily/monthly posting targets (minimum 150–200 words per reply, with at least 500 words for assignments)
• Maintain content originality, coherence, and readability

Your actions will act as a catalyst in revolutionising the digital footprint of 200 million micro businesses worldwide.

• Expertise in PHP and Laravel or CodeIgnitor, MySQL or PostgreSQL, Nginx, LEMP setup
• Developing REST APIs & integrating 3rd party APIs (oAuth 2.0), Git
• Hands-on experience in application deployment on linux servers

What You Bring To The Job:

After successfully graduating in Business Administration, Marketing or Business Informatics, resp. obtaining a comparable degree in a relevant field, you have logged at least 3-6 years of management experience in Marketing, preferably in a startup or eCommerce company

Online marketing is something you- re quite familiar with, but your focus is in offline-marketing

You wield an excellent record in developing marketing communication and advertisement media

Through your experience with classic B2B-sales, you know Call Centers/telemarketing like the back of your hand

Thanks to your outstanding analytic skills, you- re used to organize the marketing goals by using clearly measurable KPI. Your know-how about web-tracking and managing tags is a big plus for this field

You have experience in leading larger teams and come an open personality, a strong sense of responsibility, entrepreneurial thinking and negotiation power
