Customer Support Executive

What You Will Do

•

Develop robust, low-latency pipelines integrating computational geometry methods, mechanical engineering heuristics, and graph-based reinforcement learning algorithms to address multi-objective optimization problems

•

Own the creation and refinement of computational geometry features utilizing low-level CAD kernels (Python/C++)

•

Work closely with engineers to directly observe and enhance their daily workflows using your algorithms

•

Collaborate with the founding team to translate customer insights into actionable product specifications, shaping the strategic product roadmap

•

Engage proactively with customers, deeply understanding their pain points to ensure our solutions meaningfully address their challenges

What We're Looking For

•

3-7+ years of hands-on experience with geometry kernels and low-level C++ operations

•

Experience building and deploying reinforcement learning algorithms and machine learning pipelines

•

Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to clearly articulate technical ideas, trade-offs, and solutions

•

[Bonus] Solid knowledge of mechanical engineering fundamentals, including GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)

• BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
• Proven work experience as a Community Manager or similar role

Job Profile:

• Manage the backend services and controller changes when a new module is implemented.
• Manage the development roadmap in sync with the product roadmap.
• Suggest architectural changes & optimizations while fine-tuning the application.

• Interact with operations & sales to understand expectations.

Skills Required:

• 0 to 2 years of experience working on C#, .NET Core, .NET MVC.
• Proficient in Entity Framework, LINQ to Objects.
• Experienced in SQLServer, Database design, and understanding database queries.
• Advanced Database knowledge like Indexing, Stored Procedures.
• REST API design and implementation.
• Knowledge of Azure Cloud Management, WebApps & Deployments.
• Hands-on in writing Unit Tests.
• Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC).
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.

Short runs at Bourdaina are 3 month fast track programs with clearly defined processes & objectives. 

Here's what you'll do day-to-day:

• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
• A sales intensive role where you help restaurants, F&B brand, Hotels and FMCG brands by selling Bourdaina products
• Demonstrating and presenting products and services.
• Account management for key clients of the organisation.
• Manage end-to-end client relationships including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/invoicing, and payment collection, result tracking and troubleshooting.

Here's what we're looking for:

• People with 0 - 3 years of work experience. Relevant experience in B2B sales will be great!
• Someone who comes with a strong sense of initiative and personal leadership demonstrating the ability to function independently, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
• A person who is articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and has the ability to multitask.

• 2-5 years of experience in Manual and Automation testing for Cloud based Web and Mobile Application
• Experience with automation design, scripting, and execution
• An understanding of requirements analysis, design, coding, and unit testing of scalable, distributed, Cloud based applications
• Familiar with agile or other rapid application development
• Expertise in testing API's and debug application issues through API
• Exposure in Continuous integration process implementation by building CI / CD Pipeline using Jenkins and Integrate with Mavens
• Expertise of coding and programming skills in Java / Python
• Solid understanding of software design principles for Building Test Frameworks;
• Think out of the box coming up with creative test design automation frameworks to build / utilities plus tools to develop
• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
• Ability to work in a results-oriented, rapidly changing, dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires collaboration across multiple stakeholders and constituents
