Role & Responsibilities:

Virtual Demos & Client Discovery

  • Conduct comprehensive virtual demos for potential clients, guiding them through OptimHire’s platform.
  • Understand client pain points, hiring needs, and challenges to propose tailored solutions.

Contract Negotiations & Sign-Ups

  • Drive the conversation to ensure clients understand the OptimHire value proposition.
