Key Responsibilities
Achieve assigned sales targets for products and solutions.
Engage with corporate customers for business development and relationship management.
Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations at client sites.
Handle technical and commercial aspects of customer inquiries.
Ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints and quality issues.
Develop and execute short-term and long-term marketing goals.
Submit regular reports on marketing activities and progress.
Be open to travel or relocation across India as required.
(For Managerial Role) Lead and mentor application engineers to streamline production systems and processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
1–3 years of experience in selling equipment or machinery in Power, Steel, Cement, or Mining sectors.
Strong knowledge of Power sector operations.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Tamil/Telugu preferred).
Proven ability to handle clients and achieve sales targets.
Team-handling experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities
- Identify, appoint & onboard Channel Partner/System Integrator who can sell IQnext Products to their prospects/solutions.
- Generate revenue through the appointed channel.
- Prepare and execute detailed business plans with their defined partners based on customer segments and territory.
- Ensure that the partner workforce is enabled with product knowledge and is constantly engaged through regular interactions.
